Nature Photography: Scoliid Wasp On A Weed Flower

The few times I walked through the reservoir in my town, I hardly noticed that there were lots of insects in the bushes that grew by the roadside.

Once, my son pointed at the bushes. Yes, we saw wasps flying among the weed flowers. They are quite excited about sucking flower essence.

Here is one I captured using the phone's camera + external macro lens.
