We had a mini break of 5 days due to Eid holidays, and for that daily I had planned something or the other to do. With just the last few days of the good weather I wanted to spend my time outdoors as much as possible. One of the days was reserved for the Beach outing. Nothing beats a beach outing, it is my perfect way of spending holidays. It was a half day plan. This particular beach is away from the city, around 1.5 hours of drive. Nothing special about it but just that we had time so planned for a long drive. Since it's away from the city it is also a very clean one and relatively empty. Oman has some of the best beaches and sometimes I feel these beaches are more beautiful then the ones of Maldives and other such places. It's only that they are not promoted much and not made commercial like other places.
There is a part of this beach where there are all water sports, I did not wish to go on that side, because that's the part which normally has crowd, this is the quiet side of the beach and I love taking a walk here in silence.

It's sunset time and the colors in the sky are beautiful to look at.
It's a high tide, I do enjoy getting into the Sea, but since I do not know swimming I do not venture out deep and always stay in safe limits.
It was a perfect evening of the holidays. I always get a very peaceful sleep when I spend time in such places and it feels like all the body stress has been released. After all these are the benefits of grounding.
