Hoy con mi primera publicación en esta maravillosa comunidad, y que mejor que unirme a este tag propuesto por nuestra amiga @brujita18 donde nos pide que respondamos preguntas relacionadas con el café. Hay muchas bebidas que me gustan, pero hay algunas que siempre tengo a mano, que siempre es mi primera opción, para mí el café es una de ellas, lo disfruto a cualquier hora, porque me gusta su sabor amargo y su aroma, además me llena de energía.
Today with my first post in this wonderful community, and what better way than joining this tag proposed by our friend @brujita18 where she asks us to answer questions related to coffee. There are many drinks that I like, but there are some that I always have on hand, which is always my first choice. for me coffee is one of them, I enjoy it at any time, because I like its bitter taste and aroma, plus it fills me with energy.

1.¿A que edad empezaste a tomar café? || At what age did you start drinking coffee?
Les cuento que desde que tengo uso de razón tomo café, ese es mi desayuno perfecto, recuerdo que mi mamá no los preparaba todos los días con leche, pan y mantequilla antes de ir al colegio, aún lo consumo en el desayuno pero, ahora lo tomo negrito que esté puro, así que debo tomar café desde los seis años.
I tell you that since I can remember I drink coffee, that is my perfect breakfast, I remember that my mom did not prepare it every day with milk, bread and butter before going to school, I still drink it at breakfast but now I drink it black, so I must drink coffee since I was six years old.
2.- ¿Cómo prefieres el café? || How do you prefer your coffee?
Soy amante de esta bebida, disfruto de ese aroma que lo caracteriza cuando se está colando, para mí el olor del café es tan agradable como su sabor. Me gusta de todas las forma como lo preparen, pero si tengo que elegir, te diría negrito bien cargado con poca azúcar, me gusta prepararlo con greca, aunque cuando voy a una parte que vendan café, no dejo de pedir un marrón, es decir con leche, pero que sea más café que leche, que se sienta ese sabor exquisito.
I am a lover of this drink, I enjoy that aroma that characterizes it when it is brewing, for me the smell of coffee is as pleasant as its flavor. I like it in any way it is prepared, but if I have to choose, I would say black coffee, well loaded with little sugar, I like to prepare it with a cream, although when I go to a place that sells coffee, I always ask for a brown coffee, that is to say with milk, but it should be more coffee than milk, so that you can feel that exquisite flavor.
3.- ¿En que sientes que te beneficia el consumo de café? || How do you feel that the consumption of coffee benefits you?
Para mí una taza de café es indispensable para comenzar el día, me ayuda arrancar con buen pie permitiendo que mi cuerpo se mantenga más alerta física y mentalmente, El café me pone activa cuando tengo que mantenerme despierta por cualquier tarea que debo realizar.
For me a cup of coffee is a must to start the day, it helps me start off on the right foot allowing my body to stay more alert physically and mentally, coffee makes me active when I have to stay awake for any task I have to do.
4.- ¿Cuántas veces consumes café al día? || How many times do you drink coffee a day?
Para ser sincera cuando estoy sola tomo una a dos taza al día el de la mañana que es primordial porque es el acompañante de mi desayuno puede ser negrito o con leche y a la hora de la merienda acompañada de unas galletas o dulce, pero cuando mis hermanas me visitan tomo tres hasta cuatro tazas al día, en la mañana, en la tarde dos veces y muchas veces para la cena lo tomo con leche.
To be honest, when I am alone I drink one or two cups a day, the one in the morning is essential because it is the companion of my breakfast, it can be black or with milk and at snack time with cookies or candy, but when my sisters visit me I drink three to four cups a day, in the morning, in the afternoon twice and many times for dinner I drink it with milk.

Por supuesto que es una tradición familiar que va de generación en generación, así acostumbré a mi hijo a desayunar pan con café,mi esposo no tomaba café y ahora toma más que yo, cuando toda la familia está reunida no dejamos de prepararlo y degustarlo de una forma amena, cuando eramos adolescente mi papá nos los preparaba, pero ahora lo hacemos la primera que se levante cuando estamos reunidas en casa.
Of course it is a family tradition that goes from generation to generation, so I got my son used to have bread with coffee for breakfast, my husband did not drink coffee and now he drinks more than me, when the whole family is together we do not stop preparing and tasting it in a pleasant way, when we were teenagers my dad used to prepare it for us, but now we do it the first one to get up when we are together at home.
