Hello everyone, and welcome to my blog☕🤍

This time I come with this tutorial where I will teach you how to make a delicious homemade cappuccino.

Yes, just as you read it, at home you can recreate the typical bakery coffees. And here I show you how!

Ingredients:

  • Coffee powder
  • Sugar
  • Powdered whole milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Chocolate powder

The first thing we will do is the coffee, in my case I use a traditional strainer, if you have a coffee maker or use instant coffee it also works.

Using the traditional strainer:

We add 1 cup of water to boil, with two spoonfuls of sugar and 3 spoonfuls of coffee

The coffee should be strong and sweet.

Then, we strain our coffee and prepare the milk.

To prepare the milk, we add 1/2 cup of water and 4 tablespoons of powdered whole milk and whisk.

We take this milk to the stove, until it gets hot enough but does not boil.

You will realize that it is ready when you see the small bubbles around the milk, without breaking boiling.

We are going to blend this milk for 2 minutes at maximum speed to create the froth that we always see on top of the cups.

When the 2 minutes have elapsed in the blender, pour it into the cups until it is half full.

If you have a good pulse you add the coffee directly from the jar, but if not, you can use a container with a spout like me.

You add the coffee and at the end, you finish the straight line with a gentle spurt of coffee.

I am not yet an expert in coffee drawings.

Finally, add cinnamon and chocolate powder on top and that's it!

Now all you have to do is stir with a spoon and enjoy our drink🤍☕☕.

Este fue el resultado, espero les guste!

Hasta la próxima 🤍☕

This was the result, I hope you like it!

See you next time 🤍☕
