Life has good and bad experiences and today I am here to tell you about the worst coffee I have ever tasted, this was at Casa Canela.
The preparation of coffee for me is an art, you have to have knowledge and love for it, to prepare a good coffee.
But not everyone is aware of this, for coffee lovers drinking coffee is almost a religious experience. We were given so many things in nature to enjoy and among the best is coffee.

La vida tiene buenas y malas experiencias y hoy les vengo a contar sobre el peor café que he probado, esto fue en Casa Canela.
La preparación del café para mí es un arte, hay que tener conocimiento y amor por él, para preparar un buen café.
Pero no todos están conscientes des esto , para los amantes del café tomarlo es casi una experiencia religiosa. Nos fueron dadas tantas cosas en la naturaleza para disfrutarlas y entre las mejores está el café.

I didn't know Casa Canela is located in El Hatillo, we are still getting to know nearby places since we recently moved here and that's why @zamir-naja insisted on visiting it. I as a coffee and dessert lover did not hesitate to meet him, we went there for afternoon coffee.
I love to enjoy especially the afternoon coffee since it is more social, it is the one you usually share with friends and family in the middle of a good conversation.
Casa Canela is a place that specializes in selling baking supplies for entrepreneurs, so its forte is desserts, there is a little bit of everything, it is a small place but with variety, with sales by the kilo and in bulk, you will find what you need.
No conocía Casa Canela está ubicada en el Hatillo, aún estamos conociendo lugares cercanos pues nos mudamos hace poco aquí y por eso @zamir-naja insistió en visitarlo. Yo como amante del café y los postres no dude en conocerlo, nos fuimos para tomarnos es café de la tarde.
Yo amo disfrutar especialmente el café de la tarde ya que es más social, es ese el que sueles compartir con amigos y familiares en medio de una buena conversación.
Casa Canela es un lugar especializado en la venta de insumos de repostería para emprendedores, por los que su fuertes son los postres, hay de todo un poco.Es un lugar pequeño pero con variedad, con ventas por kilos y a granel, encontrarás lo que necesites.

When I arrived I liked the decoration of the place is small but they knew how to make a good distribution of space.they have a chocolate area with a variety of chocolates and chocolates bar prepared with chocolate base the king, then the pastry that is really great, an area where they prepare Gourmet Bruschettas, another smoothies and finally the hot drinks station coffees, teas and hot chocolate.
Al llegar me gusto la decoración del lugar es pequeño pero supieron hacer una buena distribución del espacio.Tienen un área de chocolatería con una variedad de bombones y chocolates de barra preparados con base de chocolate el rey, luego la repostería que es realmente grandiosa,una área donde preparan Bruschettas Gourmet, otra de batidos y por último la estación de bebidas calientes cafés, tés y chocolate calientes.

It also functions as an art gallery for local artists, so if you are interested in some of the works you can buy them.
También funciona como galería de arte para artistas locales, así que si te interesas por algunas de las obras puedes comprarlas.
Their menu is very varied and I decided to have a Vanilla Latte with an oreo cake, I love the pastry cream accompanied by that strong chocolate flavor and that touch of coffee. The others chose hot chocolate, black coffee and Torta Tres leches, this is a Venezuelan dessert made with three different types of milk; condensed milk, evaporated milk and cream.
Everything was going very well until our order arrived at the table and I tried the coffee, which was not even close to a simple coffee with milk, so I decided to change it, but it was a waste of time, they simply do not know how to prepare coffee at Casa Canela, the desserts are delicious, the ambiance is great but it is not a good place to drink coffee.
In this I give it the best qualification. But what is a dessert if it is not accompanied by a good coffee?
My advice if you decide to visit don't drink coffee, there are good doormen but not good baristas.

Su menú en muy variado y me anime por tomarme un Latte Vainilla junto a una torta oreo, amo la crema pastelera acompañada de ese fuerte sabor de chocolate y ese toque de café. Los demás eligieron chocolate caliente , café negro y Torta Tres leches , este es un postre venezolano que se hace con tres tipos diferentes de leche; leche condensada, leche evaporada y crema de leche.
Todo iba muy bien hasta que llegó a la mesa nuestra orden y probé es café, que no era esta ni cerca de un simple café con leche, por lo que me acerque decidí cambiarlo , pero fue una pérdida de tiempo simplemente no saben preparar café en Casa Canela, los postres deliciosos el ambiente genial pero no es un buen lugar para tomar café.
En esto si le dos la mejor calificación. Pero qué es un postre si no está acompañado de una buen cafe?
Mi consejo si deciden visitarlo no tomen café, hay buenos porteros pero no buenos baristas.
