Important Reminder - Stay Hydrated!
We all love our cold and hot coffee beverages, however, just a reminder to stay hydrated by drinking water frequently throughout the day.
If you struggle to drink plain water, how about adding a few slices of lemon or cucumber to enhance the taste?
Also, if you're experiencing cooler temperatures as the ones that winter brings; remember, lower temperatures reduces the body's thirst response, because we sweat less, but the body loses liquid during these times too. So, you still need to keep hydrated.

The brand focuses on providing quality tea drinks imported from Thailand. Previously they were known for their "Thai Tea" products, but now they have many variations of their products that are also worth enjoying." @anggreklestari
Matcha Presso Hack

Next, I pour the espresso into the matcha cup. This is dummy hack but I saved about a dollar and half by doing this because matcha cost less than an actual matcha presso. Most places are selling about 2 to 3$/cup of matcha espresso. Essentially, drinking matcha presso is similar to having caffeine + L-theanine pills. There’s no jittery feeling after drinking it, no anxiety, only a smooth and calm focused feeling that I love.According to Tea Forte, a cup of matcha contains 70 mg caffeine which is much lower from my caffeine pills that have 200mg pure caffeine. Meanwhile the L-theanine content according to aiya-america a cup may contain about less than 40 mg lower than my caffeine +L theanine pill which has 100mg L-theanine. @macchiata "/>

"I found some new variant of nescafe capsul in market. Actually, I have decided to stop consume packaged coffee until I found 3 new variants of nescafe. It was cappuccinno, Latte, and Caramel Macchiato. I thought, there's no harm in trying this type of coffee." @viviehardika
Very Good Experience Buying A Mocaccino
"My perfect dose of energy in an espresso coffee.I was out for a walk with my son and I saw a Coffee Truck, and I immediately thought of tasting a delicious coffee, we tried the mocaccino and the experience was rewarding! Its price is 1.5 dollars, the attention is good, they have a very attentive and friendly staff; this delicious drink is a small variant of coffee with milk, and is one of the drinks that my son likes the most in his breakfast, it had good taste and a nice detail of latte art that can not miss @ileart
