Hi friends of the Cinnamon Cup Coffee, I love to visit this space because coffee is always synonymous with comfort, pleasure, and energy. Today in the section of my blog "Cooking with coffee", I share a delicious recipe easy to make where the protagonist is coffee.
Panna Cotta is an Italian sweet with a soft texture. It is usually vanilla flavored and accompanied with jam or red fruit jam, but in this case, we are going to innovate and prepare it with coffee flavor, and to achieve a contrast of flavors, with passion fruit sauce.
1 cup and 1/2 cup of cream
1/2 cup of liquid milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon powdered gelatin
4 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons instant coffee
In a container place, 4 tablespoons of water and sprinkle the gelatin to hydrate. Set aside.
In a saucepan place the whipping cream, milk, sugar, instant coffee and stir over medium heat with a wooden spoon. When the mixture is hot, add the previously hydrated gelatin. Stir well and turn off. Be careful not to let it boil.
Pour the mixture into individual molds and refrigerate for 4 hours.
1 cup passion fruit pulp.
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
When the preparation is cold, strain it and set it aside to coat the Coffee Panna Cotta.
As you can see, it is a recipe with little difficulty to make and with an amazing contrast of flavors. This recipe yields 6 servings. If you want to make more, you can increase the quantities exponentially.
