This is one of my favorite fish to grill. This is called Bangus here in the Philippines, it happens to be our national fish, a national symbol. Internationally, it is called milkfish. The best part of it is the fatty belly. The fat is concentrated in the belly and when you grill it it gives off that yummy aroma and taste perfect with the seasoning.
