A month ago I made a post called Pob outside POB, showing real-life artists who do not have access to a platform like POB for various reasons, but who are still people who do the proof of brain and do not have so much recognition.
With that I start by telling the story of the photo that we can see below.
When I launched POB outside POB, I had not yet found any street artist who travels through cities to develop a work and receive a reward for it. So I went after some artist friends, after all, as I am from the theater, I know some who are having difficulty also to promote their art now that there are several restrictions due to the pandemic.
I told a friend that I would like him to draw a brain, but without saying the reason initially, after all I didn't want his art to be influenced by any value judgment. He asked how it had to be and I just answered "You decide everything, the only request is that in the end it be a brain". He was left to see what he could do, but in the end I believe he did not. I did not insist too much because I noticed that he was not so motivated, and if I were to reward someone I would like someone excited.
So I went to talk to an artist friend, who was also drawing, she made more realistic drawings, and she was excited when I told her the news. She said she was going to see what she could do, that she didn't understand what she was supposed to draw, and again I said 'Draw a brain for me'. However the days passed and again she focused on other drawings and I did not insist. Here I wanted proof of brain and not proof of insistence. At the same time I made it very clear that there would be a cash reward for both, and I didn't say how much it would be, I left it up to them to decide how much they would like to ask for the art.
Behold, I am going to the market yesterday with my girlfriend, and I meet 3 travelers who were there in the front with their cloths spread selling necklaces, bracelets, rings and various other objects that they created manually.
I bought two necklaces, one for me and one for my girlfriend, because we had lost ours a few months ago. And then I asked if they placed orders too. When they said yes, I asked for a brain, and again saying, 'the size and the way you want it'.
As it was already 8 at night, he said that the next day he would do it, I got the whatsapp from one of them, and sent a message to find out where to find them the next day.
Early in the morning, a message saying that the art was ready. He said he used the album Hemispheres by the Canadian band Rush, which plays progressive metal as a reference. I will put the complete album below, for those who are interested to hear it.
In the end, I thanked them for the job well done, gave the proof of brain reward, and asked to take a photo. What is on my crouching side is what I bought the necklaces for, what is sitting has done the brain, and the third is with them on the walks. I hope to be able to meet them again, especially since I now have the contact.
And as the title says, the start was made, now it is to find other artists who can create with the help of their brains something to be shared with you and be rewarded.

Um mês atrás fiz uma postagem cahamada Pob fora do POB, mostrando artistas da vida real que não tem acesso a uma plataforma como o POB seja por diversos motivos, mas que ainda são pessoas que fazem a proof of brain e não tem tanto reconhecimento.
Com isso eu começo contando a história da foto que podemos ver abaixo.
Quando lancei o POB fora do POB, não havia encontrado ainda nenhum artista de rua que viaja por cidades para desenvolver um trabalho e receber uma recompensa por isso. Então fui atrás de alguns amigos artistas, afinal como eu sou do teatro conheço alguns que estão tendo dificuldade também para divulgar sua arte agora que há várias restrições devido a pandemia.
Falei com um amigo que eu gostaria que ele desenhasse um cérebro, porém sem falar o motivo inicialmente, afinal eu não queria que a arte dele fosse influenciada por qualquer juízo de valor. Ele perguntava como tinha que ser e eu apenas respondia "Você decide tudo, o único pedido é que ao final seja um cérebro". Ele ficou de ver o que podia fazer, mas no final creio que não fez. Eu não insisti muito porque notei que ele não estava tão motivado, e se eu fosse recompensar alguém gostaria de alguém empolgado.
Então fui falar com uma amiga artista, que também desenhava, ela fazia desenhos mais realistas, e ela estava empolgada quando contei a novidade. Ela falou que ia ver o que conseguia fazer, que não estava entendendo o que deveria desenhar, e novamente eu falei 'Desenhe um cérebro pra mim'. Porém os dias passaram e novamente ela focou em outros desenhos e eu não insisti. Aqui eu queria uma proof of brain e não uma prova de insistência. Ao mesmo tempo deixei muito claro que haveria recompensa em dinheiro para ambos, e não falei quanto seria o valor, deixei para eles decidirem o quanto gostariam de pedir pela arte.
Eis que estou indo ontem no mercado com minha namorada, e encontro 3 viajantes que estavam lá na frente com seus panos estendidos vendendo colares, pulseiras, aneis e vários outros objetos que eles criavam manualmente.
Comprei dois colares um para mim e outro pra minha namorada, porque tinhamos perdido o nosso uns meses atrás. E então perguntei se eles faziam pedidos também. Quando disseram que sim, eu pedi um cérebro, e novamente falando, 'do tamanho e da maneira que você quiser'.
Como já eram 8 da noite, ele falou que no outro dia faria, peguei o whatsapp de um deles, e mandei uma mensagem para saber onde encontra-los no dia seguinte.
Logo pela manhã, uma mensagem dizendo que a arte estava pronta. Ele disse que usou como referência, o album Hemispheres da banda canadense Rush, que toca metal progressivo. Vou colocar o album completo abaixo, para quem se interessar poder ouvir.
Ao final, agradeci a eles pelo trabalho bem feito, dei a recompensa da proof of brain, e pedi para tirar uma foto. O que está do meu lado agachado foi o que eu comprei os colares, o que está sentado fez o cérebro, e o terceiro está junto com eles nas caminhadas. Espero poder encontrar eles novamente, ainda mais porque agora tenho o contato.
E como diz o título, foi dada a largada, agora é encontrar outros artistas que possam criar com a ajuda de seus cérebro algo para ser compartilhado com vocês e serem recompensados.
