Shallots and Potato Veg Recipe

Hello Foodies!

Onion and Potato, both are 2 vegetables which are added in almost every dish we eat but don’t go along very well. Potato can still be eaten alone as Jeera Aloo but it’s not considered to be a very healthy dish.

So what? Let’s make a combination of both. Shallots (Spring Onion) are a great variety of onions that can be eaten raw and as a proper green vegetable too. Its combination with potatoes is one the best. This is a recipe I recently figured out when one day I had nothing to cook but shallots and potatoes in my refrigerator. I thought let’s try mixing the two and whoa, the result was great. Since then, it’s a regular dish I prepare at my home.
Apparently, I got to know that it is made by a lot of people and is a well-known dish.

Let’s see how we make it.
