Chinese Macaroni

Hello Foodies!

Macaroni is my favourite breakfast snack. I also eat it lot of time as an evening snack and may be dinner also, when I don’t feel like eating the usual food but still want to go with something that’s healthy. I like to put a lot of veggies in my macaroni usually, but this time I tried another version – Chinese macaroni. So it had vegetables similar to what we put in noodles and soya sauce and vinegar which are used in Chinese preparations. It tasted amazing and my husband loved it too, I am going to use this recipe for making macaroni now.

Let’s see how we make it.
