The baby miraculously slept for more than one hour in the morning, so I managed to make one of my favourite dishes:
PASTITSIO!!
Pasta, mince sauce, gruyère cheese and bechamel sauce... Pure delight!!
I had a generous serving while it was still warm, but the truth is pastitsio is best when eaten cold (at least for me).
