Another factor is internet speed, yes, in my place, internet speed is still not evenly distributed and is already in the category of quite good when compared to connections in other countries.
I myself prefer a place that is not too noisy because focus and concentration can be disturbed if it is too noisy.
I can sometimes spend two to three hours here, working, learning new things, also looking for a little entertainment after a long day at work.
