"Evolution of Gaming: From Ancient Pastimes to Blockchain Innovations"

Source

Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. So today's topic for the Aprilininleo initiative is interesting, and I know there will be an amazing blog post on the topic for today, so without further delay, let's dive into the topic. Gaming has been in existence since the early first century. It did not matter if there was no technology during that period, but there were forms of games human beings engaged themselves in to have a good time, even during the time of the Roman Empire, gladiators matches was a form of game for the rich elites as they made a bet on which slave would win a match.

Over the centuries, gaming has evolved from what it used to be in the first century due to the advancement in technology. There are games played at the comfort of our homes, and some still need physical presence and energy to be played. I am a big gamer, and I can't count how many games I have played from my childhood days to this present day. Growing up, my elder brother used to have a PlayStation 1 and 2 when it was their golden area. I had no idea how to play, so most of the time, I just sat down and watched my brother play god of war.

It did not take me long before I got the hang of it and started playing the games on the PlayStation. Gaming is one of the biggest hits in the crypto blockchain, and I know I have told this story many times, but I will do that again. Splinterland, which is a web3 game, got me into the hive blockchain. Web3 gaming has the power to bring in more users into web3 that is why I love what the gaming community are doing on Hive, with games like Splinterland, Rising Star and many more it will be easy to get new users who are passionate about gaming into the hive blockchain.

In my current hurt for airdrops, I have come across different types of games, but one of them that I have bullish on is BUBBLE Rangers. This game will be a hit once BUBBLE launch, and they are partnered with Samsung, which shows they are not one of the hit and run projects going on in the web2 space. If you are yet to sign up for the BUBBLE Rangers game, I advise you to do so and start playing to earn points.

One of my favourite games to play in my free time is efootball 2023. Efootball has the mobile version and the PlayStation version. The mobile version is not like the PlayStation version because there are some fixtures which are not on the mobile version but are all in the PlayStation version and one of those features is that not all clubs in efootball mobile version are not given their full jersey kit and club name. I still don't know why it's not implemented yet, but it will be nice if that happens someday. There are other interesting games out there that are worth trying out when less busy. There is no harm in having fun. So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by, and have a good day.
