Why should we give good names to our kids?

Source

Recently, I have been reading posts about celebration of kids in various cultures. Through these post I found out that there is a great emphasis among Christians to give good names to their kids. This emphasis is akin to the one I have seen in my society. Among Muslims also a due importance is given to select good and meaningful names for our young ones. Not only, selection of meaningful names is emphasized but also it is recommended to prounce the name correctly.

It is said that the name of a person has an impact of his/her personality It might be a myth but it may be a truth too. What I think personally, if something has been given this much importance by the two heavenly religions, there would surely be benefits and logics hidden in it whether or not we understand them at present.

The Universe doesn’t speak English, it speaks frequency. (Source)

No words can be spoken without a sound and there is no sound that is without frequency. Our body is a composition of various chemicals and energies that would surely understand the language of frequency. Every word with specific pronunciation produces certain frequency every time it is spoken. When our names are called they would produce some frequency that would strike our bodies and produce a specific reaction to it. We hear several words and sounds but our name is the word that we hear the most and to which our brain is selectively attentive to. We can distictively hear our names even amidst the indistinctive noise.

Lately, I went through researches by Dr Masaru Emoto on effects of words on water molecules. According to him, the words spoken in front of the water have an affect on the bonding of its molecules. If words with positive meanings are uttered continually in front of a water sample, the molecules bind together in beautiful and symmetrical geometrical shapes. On the other hand, if words with negative meanings are uttered continually in front of the water sample, the water molecules take ugly and horrible shapes. (Source).

Our names are certainly not the only words that we hear more than the other words. However, our names are the words to which we attach our identity and they are always in our mind. According to Dr. Masaru Emoto, (source) the words we think consciously have an effect on the molecular structure of water.

Human body is composed of 60 to 70 % of water. If words we hear really have an imapct on formation of molecular bonding of water, so our names are definitely going to make an impact on our personalities from the level of cells to the organs including the heart and the brain.

Another study reveals if a word with negative meaning is flashed infront of someone for less than a second, it causes to release a number of stress producing hormones and neurotransmitters in the brain (source). Our name is the word that goes by our eyes quite often and it would be producing an effect according to its meaning. That's why it is not only important to give good names to our kids but also call them with their names instead of nicknames or else, because those names would be producing their impact accordingly.

There would certainly be much more logic and philosophy behind giving good names to the kids, but I could think of this little piece for the #thoughtfuldaily post today.

This is my entry for #dreemportchallenge, organized by @dreemsteem in collaboration with #thoughtfuldailypost of @wesphilbin.
