Good afternoon to all my friends on this beautiful platform. Today I want to show my beautiful strawberry plants 🍓.

Spring is approaching in the Southern Hemisphere and in my mobile garden (because I have everything in pots) it is already showing. Strawberry blossoms are bearing fruit and no longer dry out like they did in winter, which never thrived from cold and frost.

Now they are not only blooming but they are also repopulating the pots with more children and that has been noticeable for about a couple of weeks that the climate began to change little by little and it is warmer.

I have two kinds of strawberries, one that I bought at the fair from a fair-minded man who inspired me with confidence and told me: "- in a week you are eating strawberries", and that's how it was! And others that I bought in my old job which was an Organic Nursery and where I got specimens of beautiful and rare plants like my variegated mint that I will show you in another post.

Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits and not only because of its exquisite and exotic flavor, but because it also contains a variety of health benefits: it has vitamin C, minerals and antioxidants, it is also anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, energizing, it is a great ally For those of us who suffer from constipation due to the large amount of fiber it has, for those who wish to lose weight it is essential to quench anxiety and it is also a fruit recommended for diabetics, it prevents aging, increases defenses, purifies the blood, helps fight circulatory problems, heals wounds, dissolves salts produced by uric acid, prevents cavities, increases the production of collagen in the skin, prevents menstrual pain and many other benefits. I started to like them more when I found out about all this. Did you know?

I tell you that in addition to eating them like this naturally, I like to add 3 or 4 chopped strawberries to my Kefir Yogurt that I prepare to drink in the morning, with a little muscovado sugar and some sugar-free cereal flakes and I have the best breakfast prebiotic that exists on earth!!

Red fruits are considered the most delicious and used in gastronomy around the world. Who can resist an ice cream, tea, coffee, dessert, cake or any drink or food that has red berries? I think nobody! We all know how delicious they are.

To finish I want to tell you that this land is enriched with black peat moss, rice husks, chicken beds, sawdust, already filtered coffee, eggshells, compost, worm humus, sand and native forest soil. All of this has been feeding my plants for some time now and they have grown strong and healthy so far. Watering them when you see that their land is drying up, and without passing water so as not to drown them, seeing them every day to control their process and that we do not miss the harvest date.

Well friends, I hope it has been useful to you and you liked my post. Surely later another will come with the harvest of several strawberries and some delicious preparation with them. The photos are my own, I took them with a Samsung A01. Editing and design with Canva, and translation with Google translate.

Have a great day!
