Hoy entusiasmada en expresar 6 comidas o bebidas gastronómicas de mi país, la cual es realmente variada y deliciosa. Existen muchas comidas típicas que llaman nuestra atención, ya sea por su sabor pues es muy colorida, gustosa, exótica y con mucha sazón, así que ya me dio hambre con tanta comida de mi país que adoro consumir.
Son muchos los platillos que degustar, quizás se hace corto, hoy les contaré 6 comidas en la primera parte, pero estos son algunos de los mejores platos típicos de Venezuela.
Today I am excited to express 6 gastronomic foods or drinks from my country, which is really varied and delicious. There are many typical foods that call our attention, either by its flavor because it is very colorful, tasty, exotic and with lots of seasoning, so I already got hungry with so much food from my country that I love to eat.
There are many dishes to taste, maybe it is short, today I will tell you about 6 meals in the first part, but these are some of the best typical dishes of Venezuela.
Arepas rellenas
It is a common staple in Venezuelan cuisine, I love stuffed arepas, and if it is made with shredded meat and cheese, even better, these are called "Pelua" because of its filling, since the meat is prepared in strips and the cheese is shredded, the strands of both ingredients are the protagonists of this extraordinary presentation. There are many sales of arepas in my city, and I always buy the Pelua because its flavor is special.

La Chicha
Chicha is that drink so popular in my country, delicious for its creaminess and rich flavor. The most traditional is the one made with rice and cinnamon, although as time goes by, the combinations with chocolate syrup, arequipe and condensed milk make it more irresistible. Everyone consumes it in their own way, I like it with everything, in my city of Cumaná, they have also made it with other ingredients such as yucca chicha, spaghetti, and pineapple. The original is the one made with rice.
Bollitos de maíz
They are composed of the main ingredient which is corn, I like both, but I like the "Bollitos" better, hot with cheese or butter they are sensational for breakfast or lunch. My mother used to make them for me since I was a little girl and from there they became my favorite.
Queso Guayanés
The cheeses are delicious, I am a lover of them, but among them I like the Guayanés cheese, this artisan cheese with a soft texture, I love its milk flavor and soft consistency, I particularly like to eat this Guayanés cheese with a warm arepa to melt it, which makes it irresistible.
La Carne en vara
Carne en vara is exquisite, since it has less fat than pork, besides its flavor is delicious, I always eat it is one of my favorite pleasures, this roast meat is very special, I like to eat it with mashed potatoes and a nutritious fresh salad, also with the famous arepas or buns and on a delicious grill. It is always present in a Venezuelan celebration.
