This morning, I decided to join in with my folks out to work out. Before, anytime they call me to join them to go out for weight lifting, I usually say; No, na person wey dey chop better dey carry weight (in English pidgin). This means only those who have eaten good food are those that carry weight.
Now, my thoughts are different. I try to eat before I get hungry, take my 3 square meals and moreover, I have my whey protein and Creatine supplements to help me out.
Above is @tkrypt, a college mate of mine. He is a monster in lifting weights. I was totally breath taken seeing the heavy weight he carries.
The picture above is @mayorkeys. He started lifting weight earlier this year resulting to him already having this body shape.
Now, this is me with the least attractive body. I was not like this before, due to no working out and series of illness that I had faced in the past. I dropped weight and became lean but it isn’t going to be like this for long time because I am determined to build and get in shape.
