Hola amig@s de Hive, como les conté en mi último post Mesa reciclada, dos niveles (COSAS QUE HAGO MIENTRAS TENGO COVID) , me dió hace varios días COVID-19... Gracias a Dios tengo mi primera dosis de la vacuna y fue moderado, algo de fiebre, malestar general y mucho agotamiento... Ahora lo que me va quedando es la perdida del olfato y gusto, y bueno aun tengo algo de debilidad.
Como me ha tocado mantenerme en casa y tratar de estar de buen ánimo y entretenida, me realicé una hidratación en el cabello con simples materiales que tengo en mi cocina.

Now what I am left with is the loss of smell and taste, and well I still have some weakness.
As I have had to stay at home and try to be in good spirits and entertained, I hydrated my hair with simple materials that I have in my kitchen.
Vamos a necesitar:
- 1 huevo
- 2 cucharadita de mayonesa
- 1 Cucharadita de aceite de oliva
- Guantes plásticos
- Envase para realizar la mezcla
- Gorro de baño.
- Brocha de aplicar tintes.
We are going to need:
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Plastic gloves
- Container for mixing
- Swimming cap.
- Brush to apply dyes.
El primer paso es colocar la cucharada de aceite de oliva, luego la mayonesa por último el huevo.
The first step is to place the tablespoon of olive oil, then the mayonnaise, finally the egg.
Luego mezclamos muy bien nuestra mascarilla hidratante, hasta que quedé bien homogénea, y le podemos agregar un poquito de agua para rendirla, si tu cabello es corto no hace falta el agua.
Then we mix our moisturizing mask very well, until it is well homogeneous, and we can add a little water to render it, if your hair is short, water is not necessary.
Cuando ya tenemos este paso listo, ya solo nos queda aplicar nuestra mascarilla en nuestro cabello. Lo recomendado es hacerlo de puntas a raíz, para que el mayor tiempo de duración sea en las puntas, donde más se maltrata nuestro cabello.
Hay personas que no llegan a la raíz porque son de cabello muy graso, pero como el mío tiende a ser bastante seco, lo coloco hasta la raíz.
When we have this step ready, we only have to apply our mask on our hair. It is recommended to do it from ends to roots, so that the longest duration is at the ends, where our hair is most abused.
There are people who do not go to the roots because they have very oily hair, but since mine tends to be quite dry, I put it to the roots.
Yo dividí mi cabello en dos partes, lado izquierdo y derecho, ahora vamos con el otro lado.
I divided my hair into two parts, left and right side, now we go to the other side.
Cuando ya tengo todo el cabello llenito de la mezcla, lo recojo y me coloco un gorro de baño y dejo actuar por 20 min aproximadamente.
Notese en las imágenes que llevo tres sueters y una carita de fiebre ejejeje.
When all my hair is full of the mixture, I pick it up and put on a shower cap and let it act for approximately 20 minutes.

Luego a la ducha, lavamos bien con champú y acondicionador y listo... dejamos secar y ya hemos terminado nuestro tratamiento.
Mi cabello la verdad quedó bastante ligero y mucho más hidratado, creo que voy a repetirlo cada 15 días.
Me perdonan mi carita de malestar, pero bueno no les miento cuando les muestro las cosas que hago mientras tengo Covid-19.
Then in the shower, we wash well with shampoo and conditioner and voila ... we let it dry and we have finished our treatment.
My hair was actually quite light and much more hydrated, I think I'm going to repeat it every 15 days.
