At one of our fairs, I photographed a lot of interesting souvenirs and crafts made of natural materials. Up close, they look even more spectacular, and they were pleasant to the touch.
100 years ago, our great-great-grandfathers would not have dreamed of this when working with wood.
In the old days, folk craftsmen could cut such plates out of solid wood, make buckles and then paint everything with homemade bright colors.
Today, technology is already on the verge of fantasy. With the help of laser machines and other devices, you can easily create such cute little things for the household or interior decoration.
Although if you look closely, in addition to wood, you could find a lot of other various uncomplicated crafts made of birch bark, willow twigs, cones, and just twisted paper...
