How to start feeling better after 'bad time'?

It's hard to find a way back to feel good again after a really bad time. I personally always struggle to decide what I need to do and what not. Later I learned some technique which I believe can help anyone to get out of bad time. Or I would say start to feel good because we can't really get out of what already happened. But we can make a way out.

The first mistake we do is 'we try to skip the bad feeling. We start to pretend it's nothing, we can deal with it and we try to avoid the struggle. But we all know how impossible that it. So I believe the first thing we must do is to 'Accept'.

Accept that you lost your job or your loved one, accept that you performed terribly, accept that we lost something. Denial can't make it better. Take time to feel the pain but never try to avoid the truth.

Forgive yourself and others as well. There's win or joy in making it hard. If you made a mistake, if you start your struggle or maybe someone else is responsible for this try to forgive. Be kind you deal with this total thing. Never blame yourself for this

Reevaluate your journey. Maybe a person you choose was not perfect for you, maybe you need to improve yourself. Rather sitting and blaming yourself try to reevaluate and point out what you need to do to feel better later.

Never give up and always motivate yourself. One incident can't decide our future and can't make a bad time forever, believe in this

Most importantly, we have to believe that this is just a phase, it's not forever. We have to take time to understand our pain and deal with the situation. This is what we can do best for us. As we can't avoid a bad time, it's better to motivate ourselves to feel better after this and start a new journey!
