Today I stopped to analyze and I detected some mistakes that owners make that make the search more difficult and sometimes not satisfactory.... That's why I decided to tell you some things to do when your pet gets lost....
1.- First of all, keep calm
2.- The second thing is to look for him immediately in the area where he got lost and its surroundings and ask the people you see in the street, you can show him a picture.
3.- Immediately tell all family members and friends what is happening...
Ideally, the dog should have an identification tag with an updated number of the owner's house or cell phone, in the tags NOT ONLY THE NAMES of the pet, you must add the address or phone number of the location. If you have a tag you should leave someone at the house in case the dog returns or in case you call or take it home.
5.- If the dog does not show up in less than 30 min, what you have to do as soon as possible, is to make a digital image: this part is SIGNIFICANTLY IMPORTANT where:
- The pet is seen complete and as up to date as possible, without accessories (scarf, breastplate etc.) unless he/she was carrying it on at the time he/she was lost.
- The day, date and time the pet was lost should be included.
- The street or sector where it was, with municipality, state and country This is VERY IMPORTANT.
- Last seen and update if more information is provided.
- Specify if it has any spot, mole or important characteristics that can be recognized.
- Name and breed of pet.
- Contact telephone numbers (Always keep them turned on).

6.- Spread the information (digital image) with bright colors to all family and friends, groups of neighbors where you live and protectionist groups in your area or state the more you spread the better. You can also use radio or make posters to place them in specific areas where it was lost and surroundings where people pass through.
7.- In case he does not show up, go out during meal hours from 6 to 9 am, from 11 to 2 pm and from 4 to 8 pm to look for him with kibble and water. Be attentive in places where there is water, bakeries, squares with people, buildings, schools or churches, vacant lots, sewage canals, because they usually take shelter in places like this (there are exceptions), if they are scared just go out to eat the hours indicated and return there. Do not limit yourself in the search, dogs walk a lot disoriented.

Hoy me detuve a analizar y detecte algunos errores que cometen los dueños que hace la búsqueda más difícil y a veces no satisfactoria... Por eso decidí decirte algunas cosas que debes hacer cuando tu mascota se pierde...
1.- Primero que nada mantener la calma
2.- Lo segundo, es buscarlo inmediatamente en el área donde se perdió y sus alrededores además preguntar a las personas que veas en la calle, puedes mostrarle una foto.
3.- Avisar inmediatamente a todos los familiares y amigos lo que está sucediendo...
4.- Lo ideal es que el perro tenga placa de identificación con número actualizado de la casa o celular del dueño, en las placas NO VAN SOLO LOS NOMBRES de la mascota, debes añadirle dirección o teléfono de ubicación. Si tienen placa deben dejar a alguien en la casa por si regresa el perro o por si llama o lo lleva a su casa.
5.- Si el perro no aparece en el transcurso de menos de 30 min, lo que tienes que hacer lo más pronto posible, es hacer una imagen digital: esta parte es BASTANTE IMPORTANTE donde:
- La mascota se vea completa y lo más actualizada posible, sin accesorios (bufanda, pechera etc.) al menos que la cargue puesta en el momento que se perdió.
- Deben colocar día, fecha y hora donde se perdió
- La calle o sector donde estaba, con municipio, estado y país Esto es SUMAMENTE IMPORTANTE
- Última vez visto e ir actualizando si dan más información.
- Especificar si tiene alguna mancha, lunar o características importante que puedan reconocer.
- Nombre y raza de la mascota.
- Números de teléfonos de contacto (Que siempre estén encendidos)
- Puede colocar la palabra recompensa, pero es opcional porque esto genera a veces problemas...
6.- Difundir la información (Imagen digital) con colores llamativos a todos los familiares y amigos, grupos de vecinos donde vive y grupos de proteccionistas de su zona o estado mientras más difundan mejor. También puedes utilizar radio o hacer carteles para colocarlos en zonas específicas donde se perdió y alrededores donde transiten gente..
7- En caso de no aparecer, salir en horas de comida de 6 a 9 am, de 11 a 2 pm y de 4 a 8 pm a buscarlo con perrarina y agua. Estar atentos en lugares donde hay agua, panaderías, plazas con gente, edificios, colegios o iglesias, terrenos baldíos, canales de aguas negras, porque por lo general se resguardan en lugares así (Hay excepciones), si están asustados solo salen a comer las horas indicadas y regresan allí. No te limites en la búsqueda los perros caminan mucho desorientado.
