Feliz miércoles amigos hivers💫💫 Hoy le quiero compartir una receta de morrones agridulces como le dicen en Argentina es sencilla de hacer y muy, muy rica. Mi hermana @elaynevill que está en ese país me comentó que los sirven en reuniones 🥃 para picar y que son divinos, entonces me animé a prepararlos en pequeña cantidad para probar, les confieso que me arrepiento de no haber hecho suficiente 🤭🤭
Ingredientes:
4 🫑pimientos o pimentones pequeños
1/4 Taza de Aceite
1/4 Taza de vinagre
4🥄 Azúcar
Procedimiento:
1.- Cortamos los pimientos a la mitad verticalmente y retiramos todas las semillas.
2.- Cortamos en juliana (Tiras).
3.- Ponemos a calentar una ollita o caldero que tenga tapa.
4.- Cuando este caliente agregamos las tiras de pimentón, aceite, vinagre, azúcar y removemos.
5.- Tapamos y cocinamos a fuego alto hasta que hierva.
6.- Después de hervir bajamos la llama y destacamos un poquito, removemos cada cierto tiempo.
7.- Cocinamos por 12 minutos aproximadamente hasta que el líquido se convierta en almíbar y los pimentones se vean blandos.
8.- Apagamos, pasamos a un bol y dejamos reposar.
Cuando este a temperatura ambiente degustan ésta delicia, se puede acompañar con galletas de soda, pan o casabitos.

Happy Wednesday friends hivers💫💫 Today I want to share with you a recipe for sweet and sour bell peppers as they say in Argentina is simple to make and very, very rich. My sister @elaynevill who is in that country told me that they serve them in meetings 🥃 to snack and that they are divine, so I encouraged myself to prepare them in small quantity to try, I confess that I regret not having made enough 🤭🤭
Ingredients:
4 🫑small peppers or bell peppers.
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 Cup of vinegar
4🥄 Sugar
Procedure:
1.- Cut the peppers in half vertically and remove all the seeds.
2.- Cut in julienne (strips).
3.- Heat a small pot or cauldron with a lid.
4.- When hot, add the paprika strips, oil, vinegar, sugar and stir.
5.- Cover and cook over high heat until it boils.
6.- After boiling, lower the flame and stir a little bit, stirring every so often.
Cook for approximately 12 minutes until the liquid turns into syrup and the peppers are soft.
8.- Turn off, transfer to a bowl and let stand.
When it is at room temperature taste this delicacy, it can be served with crackers, bread or casabitos.
