¡Buenos días y feliz jueves comunidad!💫💫 Espero que se encuentren excelentes y colmados de salud, yo sigo algo engripada por eso no he escrito constantemente. Hoy no les traigo ninguna preparación, pero quiero compartir con ustedes un divino pie de naranja 🍊que compre ayer para compartir en familia, más porque ya le quedan pocos días de visita a mi madre en mi apartamento.
Ayer salí al supermercado con mi esposo e hijo a comprar unos alimentos que se me estaban acabando en la despensa y refrigerador. Mi mamá se quiso quedar en casa y me dijo que preparari el almuerzo.
Bueno nos trasladamos hasta la encrucijada a un famoso súper de la zona que nos gusta por lo ordenado y surtido que está.
Caminando por el súper, pasamos por el área del comedor donde venden comidas completas y postres entre otras cosas, entonces pensé en comprar algún postre para la tarde, después del almuerzo. En ese momento sacaron de la cocina al área de servicio unas bandejas de pie de limón y naranja. Mi hijo y yo nos vimos la cara y decidimos llevar una bandeja, escogimos el de naranja que la verdad nunca había probado.
Llegamos al apartamento y mi mamá cuando vio el postre se alegró, porque tenía ganas de comer algo dulce🤭🤭 y esto le cayó como anillo al dedo.
Después de almorzar serví el postre, amigos les puedo decir que estaba exquisito, fresco y con full sabor a naranja. Una combinación muy rica entre lo dulce de la crema, la humedad del bizcocho y la acidez de la naranja.😋😋
Todos quedaron fascinados y satisfecho porque era una buena porción😉.
Voy a intentar prepararlo en algún momento porque me gustó mucho.

Good morning and happy Thursday community!💫💫 I hope you are excellent and full of health, I'm still a little sick with the flu so I have not written constantly. Today I do not bring you any preparation, but I want to share with you a divine orange pie 🍊which I bought yesterday to share with family, more because there are few days left for my mother to visit my apartment.
Yesterday I went out to the supermarket with my husband and son to buy some food that I was running out in the pantry and refrigerator. My mom wanted to stay home and told me to prepare lunch.
Well, we went to the crossroads to a famous supermarket in the area that we like because it is so tidy and well stocked.
Walking through the supermarket, we passed by the dining area where they sell complete meals and desserts among other things, so I thought I would buy some dessert for the afternoon, after lunch. Just then they brought out some trays of lemon and orange pie from the kitchen to the serving area. My son and I looked at each other's faces and decided to take a tray, we chose the orange one, which I had never tasted before.
We arrived at the apartment and my mom when she saw the dessert was happy, because she was in the mood to eat something sweet🤭🤭 and this fell like a glove.
After lunch I served the dessert, friends I can tell you that it was exquisite, fresh and with full orange flavor. A very rich combination between the sweetness of the cream, the humidity of the sponge cake and the acidity of the orange 😋😋.
Everyone was fascinated and satisfied because it was a good portion😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉.
I am going to try to prepare it sometime because I liked it very much.
