Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• 1 onion.
• 150 grams of ground beef.
• Salt, pepper and oregano.
• 4 tablespoons of wheat flour.
• 4 tablespoons of cornmeal.
• 2 egg whites.
• Oil.
• 1 cebolla.
• 150 gramos de carne molida.
• Sal, pimienta y orégano.
• 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo.
• 4 cucharadas de harina de maíz.
• 2 claras de huevo.
• Aceite.

Inicialmente, pelamos la cebolla y cortamos en aros.
