Para compartir una comida sabrosa y rápida con mis amigos, realice unas deliciosas y crujientes tostadas de maíz con ensalada de atún, col, zanahoria, cebolla y aderezo de mayonesa, este platillo es simplemente fantástico,ideal para una divertida tarde.
You will need the following ingredients:
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• A package of fried corn tostadas.
• 2 cans of tuna.
• 1 carrot.
• 1 small onion.
• Col.
• Salt and pepper.
• Mayonnaise.
• Un paquete de tostadas de maíz fritas.
• 2 latas de atún.
• 1 zanahoria.
• 1 cebolla pequeña.
• Col.
• Sal y pimienta.
• Mayonesa.
Initially, we grate the carrot.
Inicialmente, rallamos la zanahoria.
Next, finely chop the cabbage and place it in boiling water for a few minutes to soften it a bit.
Seguidamente, picamos finamente el col y colocamos unos minutos en agua hirviendo para que se ablande un poco.
Finely chop the onion and add the grated carrot, we also add the finely chopped cabbage.
Cortamos finamente la cebolla e incorporamos a la zanahoria rallada, también agregamos el col finamente picado.
We open the cans of tuna, and pour in the vegetables, and integrate.
Abrimos las latas de atún, y vertimos en los vegetales, e integramos.
Finally, we add the mayonnaise dressing and season with salt and pepper.
Finalmente, agregamos el aderezo de mayonesa y condimentamos con sal y pimienta.
