Empecemos... | Let's Go...

It all started from Thursday night when we arrived. My friends and I plan to go to this well-known tourist site in Medellín. That's why on Friday we get up early and get ready to go. So in the morning we took the subway at the Aguacatala station near our residence and went straight to the San Antonio station.

After arriving at San Antonio, the inhabitants of the area recommended to take a taxi to the entrance of the commune, because it was away and we could not lose. So at the departure of the station we take a taxi that took us just to the entrance of the commune 13, our destination of that day.

Here begins our adventure climbing the slopes of the commune and the 6 escalators that this Emblematic Neighborhood of the city of Medellin has. The truth is quite beautiful, it is an environment full of culture, diversity, urban art, among others. There you can go with your friends, family and loved ones to enjoy the variety of things that you can find there, from souvenirs, shirts with typical phrases of the city and others a little more funny.

We climbed to the top and looked at the city from there, everything looked beautiful. There were restaurants, fast food sales, street dances, in the latter we decided to participate, we danced with them in front of the whole public, it was quite fun, another time I show you a video. After touring the entire commune, we went down to the entrance and took a bus to the cable metro. To enjoy this ride too.

Riding the cable subway gave me a little scary because even here in Venezuela I hadn't done it. However, the company of my friends calmed me down and we had a great time there too. Here I show you some photos.

Finally, after the cable subway, we decided to have lunch near the subway station at a place that sells Chinese food that looked great. We had a great day. In a next post I will tell you more. We read!
