How to Make Pineapple Vermicelli

Happy Wednesday to all of you and thank you to those of you who have read and supported my previous post about spaghetti bolognese. Who saka can enjoy spaghetti at home with friends or family easily. Well, today ema and I really want to make snacks that use pineapple as the main ingredient, ema suggested me to make a cake made of vermicelli and pineapple. This snack I encountered quite often as a child and I really want to reminisce with this food. How to make this pineapple vermicelli snack? Let's start with how to make snacks.

The ingredients that you must prepare are 2 vermicelli as the main ingredients, you can use any brand of vermicelli, 1 pineapple, 1 sugar to taste, tapioca flour to taste, salt, 1 grated coconut and the last one is yellow food coloring . Indeed, making this snack requires a little bit of ingredients. Now proceed to the next process.

Boil the vermicelli that you have prepared until they really become vermicelli noodles, then clean the pineapple and cut the pineapple into small pieces, don't forget to wash it first before the next process.

After the kanu has cleaned the pineapple, prepare 1 blender and crush the pineapple until it is completely smooth. Blend until completely smooth so that the next mixture becomes perfect.

After the pineapple is in the blender and is smooth, prepare 1 large container, put the vermicelli in the place.

Now, put all the pineapple into the vermicelli, put about 15 tablespoons of sugar, 15 to 20 tablespoons of tapioca flour and put half a tablespoon. After that stir the dough until really all the ingredients are mixed perfectly. Stir slowly and when it starts to get smooth, you can leave the dough for a while.

If the dough is ready to be stirred until it is completely evenly distributed, put the food coloring that has been prepared at the beginning, put it all until it is completely gone, you can use the dye with any color you like. Next, stir the dough again until it is completely mixed. it's true the color of the dough becomes the color you want earlier.

Now, put the dough in a place with a size that is not too big, you can use a dough mold to make the shape more attractive. I'm using square tupperware because I don't have any prints. Steam for about 15 to 25 minutes, when it's done, let the dough cool for 30 minutes to make the dough better and now let's make the coconut.

Prepare the grated coconut that you have prepared at the beginning, then mix the grated coconut with the lemongrass leaves to make it more fragrant, stir the coconut with the lemongrass leaves until the lemongrass leaves are really fragrant.

Then, cut the pineapple vermicelli dough and then put the pineapple vermicelli in the grated coconut that you previously mixed with the lemongrass leaves, put the grated coconut all over the pineapple vermicelli. If you use a mold, you can directly put the pineapple vermicelli dough without having to cut it into several parts, now let's plating.
