Well, to make this chocolate avocado ice lolly, the ingredients you have to prepare or buy are only a few. First, prepare 3 ripe avocados, 2 sachets of white powdered milk, 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk, rubber bands, plastic ice lolly, sugar and finally 1 chocolate bar. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start making from the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is, cut 3 avocados and take all the avocado flesh. Use a ripe avocado, otherwise you will have to wait a few days for the avocado to fully ripen.

The second step, after you have taken all the avocado flesh, the next thing you have to prepare is a blender and put all the avocado flesh in the blender. Then put 4 to 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar or as you wish, then add 1 sachet of white milk powder and 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk.

The third step, after you have put all the ingredients into the blender, then pour 500 to 600 ml of water into the blender. Then blend everything until completely smooth and into a juice.

The fourth step, after you have blended everything until it becomes juice, now move the avocado juice to another place. Well, if you want the texture of the chocolate avocado ice lolly to be softer, you can add the cornstarch that you have dissolved and pour it into the juice. After that, stir again the juice until well blended.

The fifth step, after the juice is finished, now prepare a place and grate 1 chocolate bar until it's done. You can use any brand of chocolate and definitely quality chocolate.

The sixth step, after you have grated 1 chocolate bar to completion, now prepare some plastic ice lolly like the photo above, then put it as you wish the grated chocolate into the plastic ice lolly.

The seventh step, after you have put all the grated chocolate into the plastic ice lolly, now prepare a bowl and pour boiling water into the bowl. Then put all the plastic ice lolly containing the grated conlat into the bowl. You can slightly press the plastic ice lolly so that it is submerged.

The eighth step, after you have soaked the plastic ice lolly into hot water, now prepare a plate and flatten the plastic ice lolly in the part where you put the chocolate lung before. Flatten the plastic ice lolly using a glass or small rolling pin.

The eighth step, after you have flattened the ice lolly plastic, now what you have to do next is slowly pour the avocado juice into the ice lolly plastic that you flattened earlier. Pour according to your wishes, make sure you slightly exaggerate the end of the plastic so that it is easy for you to tie later. Repeat this step until all is done.

The ninth step, after you have put all the avocado juice into the ice lolly plastic, now tie all the ice lolly plastic tightly and don't let it loose, because if it's loose, the avocado ice lolly won't freeze in the refrigerator.

The last step, after you have tied the plastic ice lolly and also the contents of avocado juice, now put all the chocolate avocado ice lolly into the refrigerator and chill until frozen for about 3 hours depending on the refrigerator you have, if you have a good refrigerator, you don't need to. waited for 3 hours.
