The much loved lemon, one of the favorites for making refreshing drinks, mainly known for its action against the flu, something that almost all of us had to discover during this pandemic. What if I told you that lemon, apart from being rich in drinks, is also useful to cure hangovers? Or that it helps with kidney stones? Or that it helps with asthma? It gets a little bit more interesting, doesn't it?

  • If you want to talk about the hangover, drink it like lemonade, but add bicarbonate, so you bring a lot of hydration to your body, help eliminate toxins and deal with gastric problems.
  • If you need it for asthma inhalations of lemon tea steam are great for decongesting and it is a natural brocodilator. Also drink the tea, it also helps.
  • And if you want it to help with kidney stones take it without sugar, thanks to the citrate it contains prevents the formation of calcium stones and if you already have small stones, it helps to destroy them. But, do not overdo it because you can get gastritis trying to break a stone.
What do you think about lemon? Just remember not to put it on your face because its properties against acne and blemishes? It is not proven and from my own experience it is better not to invent 🤣

One of the kings of my kitchen, without which I can not cook🤣 But our dear friend is also useful for many things, it is anti-inflammatory, good for the liver and circulation.

  • Being an anti-inflammatory it is extremely good for conditions such as asthma.
  • Garlic is a detoxifier par excellence so it helps us to purify toxins and parasites from our liver, it also helps to stimulate liver functions thanks to the amount of vitamins it has.
  • And finally it helps circulation as it contains vitamin B, keeping our blood vessels in perfect condition, avoiding serious problems such as thrombosis or coronary heart disease.

And here we are with one of the most loved during the pandemic, but as with lemon, ginger has multiple uses, including helping with menstrual cramps, gingivitis and migraine. All this thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties.

  • If you want it to help with menstrual pain, you should consume it during the first days of your period.
  • If you want it to help with gingivitis, you should eat it raw or drink it in tea.
  • And finally, if you want it to help you fight migraine, you should take it regularly, as it helps to block the effects of prostaglandin (the substance that causes this condition)
