Hola amigos, ¿cómo están? Les envío un abrazo fuerte, hoy mientras veía el hermoso cielo, venía caminando con Juan saliendo de consulta y nos pusimos a pensar sobre las cosas que tenemos y que hemos tenido, en momentos no valoramos a tiempo una buena familia y que no todo ha sido tan malo como quizás le pase a otros. Tenemos privilegios podemos caminar, podemos hablar, expresarnos y algunas personas les faltan partes del cuerpo, tienen alguna discapacidad,etc, en ocasiones nos enfermamos y mientras unos pueden costear todo lo que necesiten, otros no tienen la posibilidad ni siquiera de trasladarse a un hospital, por eso les invitó a agradecer cada día por todo lo que tienen, a valorar todas esas cosas que parecen pequeñas y tontas y en comparación a lo que tienen o no otros, no lo son, les invitó también a tomarse un minuto del día y apreciar el cielo, la naturaleza, respirar, aclarar su mente, no lamentarse por todo lo que no tienen, y disfrutar lo que tienen y el recorrido.
Hello friends, how are you? I send you a big hug, today while I was looking at the beautiful sky, I was walking with Juan leaving the office and we started to think about the things we have and have had, at times we do not value in time a good family and that not everything has been as bad as maybe it happens to others. We have privileges we can walk, we can talk, express ourselves and some people are missing parts of the body, have some disability, etc, sometimes we get sick and while some can afford everything they need, others do not have the possibility even to move to a hospital, so I invited them to thank every day for everything they have, to value all those things that seem small and silly and in comparison to what others have or do not have, they are not, he also invited them to take a minute of the day and appreciate the sky, nature, breathe, clear their mind, do not lament for everything they do not have, and enjoy what they have and the journey.
No me pude resistir de tomarle las fotografías al cielo, verlo en silencio me hizo pensar en todas estas cosas, y lo afortunados que somos a veces, también que no nos detenemos a sentir por un segundo, vivimos con tanta rapidez que se nos va la vida, así que quise llegar y compartir esto con ustedes, porque de vez en cuando necesitamos una reflexión. Posdata: el cielo se ve mágico, inmenso y espectacular.
I couldn't resist taking pictures of the sky, seeing it in silence made me think about all these things, and how lucky we are sometimes, also that we don't stop to feel for a second, we live so fast that life goes away, so I wanted to come and share this with you, because from time to time we need a reflection.
