Amig@s lectores, como están?! Espero que, de maravilla, hoy les dejaré un post acerca de la búsqueda incesante de empleo en esta ciudad o en este país, espero que les guste y si pueden compartir alguna información o comentarios los estaré leyendo.

Primero que todo les puedo decir que actualmente la búsqueda de trabajo se centra principalmente en páginas web o plataformas de empleo como lo son Búmeran, CompuTrabajo, LinkedIn, pero aquí en Buenos Aires encontraremos muchas más páginas y empresas reclutadoras de personal, también puedo decirles que lo ideal es siempre tener una estrategia de búsqueda y no dejar de salir a la calle y dejar el currículum vitae personalmente ya que es una metodología que nunca pasara de moda.
First of all I can tell you that currently the job search is mainly focused on websites or employment platforms such as Búmeran, CompuTrabajo, LinkedIn, but here in Buenos Aires we will find many more pages and recruiting companies, I can also tell you that the ideal is always to have a search strategy and do not stop going out to the street and leave the resume personally as it is a methodology that will never go out of fashion.
Si bien es cierto que estas formas de buscar empleo son conocidas por la mayoría de las personas igual siempre es bueno refrescar y hacer un llamado a combatir con la frustración que esto genera, ya que en muchas de las plataformas te indican que leyeron tu CV pero no ocurre nada, no llaman o se contactan contigo para una entrevista (experiencia personal) sin embargo no se puede bajar los brazos y seguir intentando hasta conseguir el trabajo de tus sueños o al menos el trabajo ideal para ti y tus habilidades.
While it is true that these ways of looking for a job are known by most people, it is always good to refresh and make a call to fight with the frustration that this generates, since in many of the platforms tell you that they read your CV but nothing happens, they do not call or contact you for an interview (personal experience) however you can not lower your arms and keep trying until you get the job of your dreams or at least the ideal job for you and your skills.
Dejare algunas de las páginas en las que me registré hace mucho tiempo (desde Venezuela) pero que he modificado con el paso del tiempo es CompuTrabajo: la misma te envía cientos de correos diarios indicando los nuevos vacantes a los que te puedes postular de acuerdo a tu perfil sin embargo envías tu postulación, CompuTrabajo te envía la confirmación de enviado el CV y listo, si el CV ha sido leído te envían un correo diciendo que leyeron tu CV pero si no esa postulación queda en la plataforma, cosa que no me gusta de estas páginas es que solo puedes postularte una vez y que no tienen la información completa de la empresa por lo que solo puedes postularte a través de ellos una sola vez, así la vacante salga muchas veces en días diferentes.

Un plus que tiene CompuTrabajo es que te envía correos preguntando si alguna de las empresas a la que te has postulado en varias oportunidades de diferentes cargos se ha comunicado contigo.

Búmeran es otra plataforma líder en búsqueda de empleo que utilizan a nivel mundial tanto empresas de todas las áreas como muchas personas con diferentes profesiones, aquí se pueden encontrar empleos en tu profesión como en diversos oficios, la verdad he tenido muy buena experiencia con esta plataforma además que es muy fácil de usar es a la que más confianza le tengo en lo personal. Así como CompuTrabajo aquí debes registrarte y cargar tus datos y CV en PDF, mientras más actualizado tengas el CV cargado en la página, más oportunidades de que llames la atención en los diferentes reclutadores.
Búmeran is another leading job search platform used worldwide by companies in all areas as well as many people with different professions, here you can find jobs in your profession and in various trades, the truth is that I have had a very good experience with this platform and it is very easy to use, it is the one I trust the most personally. As well as CompuTrabajo here you must register and upload your data and CV in PDF, the more updated you have the CV uploaded on the page, the more chances you have of attracting the attention of different recruiters.
Una vez que te postulas te envían correo de confirmación y te dejan vacantes que se pueden ajustar a tu perfil. De igual forma te envían correo cuando alguna empresa a la que te hayas postulado leyó tu CV.

Luego tenemos otras plataformas muy parecidas donde puedes registrarte y cargar tu Hoja de Vida, las mismas se manejan muy parecido, entre ellas puede ser LinkedIn, Acción Trabajo, HiringRoom (se conecta con Bumeran y ZonaJobs), Un mejor empleo, Jobmas, Jooble y muchas más, lo importante es postularse en la mayor cantidad de páginas y empresas de reclutamiento como lo pueden ser Adecco, PAE, Manpower Group, Randstand y muchas otras, siempre es bueno investigar las que más se usan en tu ciudad o país y dedicarle tiempo enviando a las diferentes vacantes que te puedan interesar. También una idea es que uses un día para enviar por internet y otro día salir a la calle con una buena cantidad de Hojas de Vida impresas y dejarlas directamente en los lugares donde indican que solicitan personal. Otra buena sugerencia es revisar las Expo empleos que se puedan realizar, yo fui a una que hicieron hace unos días y también deje varios CV y me traje buena información en materia de buscar empleo, por acá les dejo unas fotitos y espero que este post haya sido de su agrado.
