Today I bring you a delicious and simple lunch.
Se caracteriza por arroz bisteck encebollado y ensalada.
It is characterized by rice steak with onion and salad.
Para realizar este plato se neceaita los siguientes
ingredientes:
Arroz
Bisteck
Papa
Zanahoria
Remolacha
Cebolla
Ajo
Mayonesa
Aceite
To make this dish you need the following ingredients:
Rice
Steak
Dad
Carrot
Beetroot
Onion
Garlic
Mayonnaise
Oil
Pasos:agregamos una taza de arroz en una olla,lo lavamos una vez lavado agregamos dos tazas de agua y sal al gusto lo dejamos cocinar por 25minutos.

Ya teniendo listo nuestro arroz comenzamos a preparar el bisteck condimentandolo con ajo y sal lo ponemos a cocinar a fuego lento.ya casi listo el bistek le agregamos la cebolla picada en rodajas y aceite y dejamos cocinar por 10minutos.

Luego continuamos con la ensalada. Picamos las hortalizas y las ponemos a cocinar hasta que se ablanden ya teniendolas listas comenzamos a picar una vez picada nuestra ensalada le agregamos la mayonesa y sal.
Then we continue with the salad. We chop the vegetables and put them to cook until they soften and having them ready we begin to chop once our salad is chopped we add the mayonnaise and salt.
Ya teniendo lista la preparacion comenzamos a servir.agregamos una taza de arroz, la ensalada y el bisteck encebollado.
