Mis mejores amigas hace unas semanas atrás me habían regalado unas mascarillas, yo ya tenía en mi casa las cremas normales para el cabello y piel, así que usé exfoliante, mascarilla, cremas hidratantes, balsamos y agua tibia.
My best friends a few weeks ago had given me some masks, I already had normal hair and skin creams at home, so I used scrub, mask, moisturizers, balms and warm water.
Luego de estar dos semanas luchando para respirar bien, ya finalmente estaba estable y más sana... El susto fue cuando me vi al espejo y lucía toda espelucada y desarreglada. Así me veía antes de ponerme a inventar.

Mi cabello todo reseco, con puntos negros, cejas pobladas y piel irritada.

Me solté una clineja que me había hecho hace cuatro días atrás ¡un desastre! Pero es que con el covid uno siente tanto cansacio que es mejor reposar.

Humedecí el cabello, luego de eso llevé todo hacia el centro de mi frente, ahí hice una cola bien prenzada,

Continué estirando muy bien hacia el frente la cola y en las puntas amarré con moñera.

Corté esa primera parte en las puntas con una tijera muy bien afilada, luego de eso repetí prodecimiento pero con una segunda capa; no amarrando todo el cabello sino del centro hacia arriba.

Luego de eso todo el cabello lo llevé hacia abajo, peiné e hice un último amarrado con menos cabello muy alto, en la parte superior.
After that I took all the hair down, combed and made a last tie with less hair very high, at the top.
así fui cortando y nivelando hasta que todo quedó en tres capas uniformes.
This way I was cutting and leveling until everything was in three uniform layers.
Solamente hice un corte de puntas, el cabello lo llené de baño de crema de placenta de ovejo, lo amarré y continué con la limpieza facial.
I only cut the ends, I filled my hair with a bath of sheep's placenta cream, tied it up and continued with the facial cleansing.
Continuando, con agua tibia lavé el rostro, luego puse jabón suave y especial para el cutis.

Con ayuda de un cepillo eléctrico para nuestro rostro, cepillé la cara con jabón. Luego retiré poco a poco lavando con agua tibia.

Limpié y depilé mis cejas con ayuda de una pinza.
I cleaned and plucked my eyebrows with the help of tweezers.
Descansé unos 10 minutos todo esto me tomó como una hora y media ya que todavia estoy de reposo... Aproveché de tomarme una buena taza de té☕

Poco a poco pasé el cepillo para rostros,

Me doy cuenta que es mejor siempre exfoliar con movimientos circulares, y de abajo hacia arriba... Luego de hacer eso 10 minutos, retiré el exfoliante con agua tibia.

Mi cabello lo solté, quité el baño de crema de placenta de ovejo (pasó casi una hora) y me puse crema para peinar.

Nunca había usado éstas mascarillas hidratantes, me entusiasmé cuando me la regalaron.
I had never used these moisturizing masks, I was delighted when they gave it to me.
Me peiné, puse la mascarilla en el rostro y luego cuando me la quité coloqué crema brucen para en la noche dormir con el rostro limpio.
I combed my hair, put the mask on my face and then when I took it off I put brucen cream to sleep with a clean face at night.
