En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de lo que fue mi entrenamiento nocturno🚲🌃 de ayer y todo lo que nos encontramos en nuestro camino.

En la mañana de ayer⛅, con mi amigo Daniel coordinamos para que viniera a mi casa, ya que yo tenía un pequeño problema con mis bicis🚲🚲, el se ofreció para ayudarme con ello ya que es técnico de bicicletas🛠️🧰

In the morning of yesterday⛅, with my friend Daniel we coordinated to come to my house, since I had a small problem with my bikes🚲🚲, he kindly offered to help me with it since he is a bicycle technician🛠️🧰

Aprovechando su visita le propuse un entrenamiento posterior a la revisión del las bicicletas, y él acepto...

Taking advantage of his visit I proposed a training after the revision of the bicycles, and he accepted...

Pasadas las 2 pm de la tarde llegó🕐, mientras el hacía la revisión yo prepare una merienda rápida🥪🍶, la cuál luego compartimos para así poder salir a nuestro entendimiento.

After 2 pm in the afternoon he arrived🕐, while he was doing the review I prepared a quick snack🥪🍶, which we then shared in order to get out to our understanding.

⬆️⬆️Esto que ven aquí es un rin 700 de bicicleta de ruta🚲, mi amigo le probó su rin a mi Rouse, para ver si le quedaba ya que le comenté que quería hacer un cambio de rines ya que los que tiene son de acero y ya están algo abollados (son 26, una medida más pequeña).

⬆️⬆️This thing you see here is a rin 700 road bike🚲, my friend tried his rhine to my Rouse, to see if it was left since I told him that I wanted to make a change of wheels since the ones he has are made of steel and are already somewhat dented (they are 26, a smaller measure).

(Con unos rines 700 de aluminio tendría más velocidad y menos peso en mi bicicleta)

Pero todo es poco a poco, estoy de igual manera decidida a mejorar mi bici para mejorar mi rendimiento en el ciclismo💪.

📸⬆️ luego de recorrer 11 kilómetros desde mi casa, llegamos a Guamita la primera parada de la vía de Ocumare, donde se dice que comienza la verdadera Aventura🍃

Tomamos un poco de agua y seguimos🥤, a un buen ritmo;

📸⬆️en el cual nos tomamos una lindas fotos y respiramos aire puro, mientras disfrutabamos el paisaje🖼️⬇️

En estas fotos podemos apreciar el lago de Valencia🚣‍♀, y la bella cuidad de Maracay, eran 6pm con algunos minutos🕐cuando llegamos a este lugar.

En these photos we can appreciate the lake of Valencia🚣, and the beautiful city of Maracay, it was 6pm with a few minutes🕐when we arrived at this place.

En definitiva esta es mi foto favorita de esta travesía por la vía de Ocumare de la costa⛰️;

In short, this is my favorite photo of this journey along the Ocumare coastal route⛰️;

Siento que cada vez que subo por ella, me lleno de energía, me reinicia la vida (realmente es mi lugar favorito)💫.

I feel like every time I go up for it, I'm energized, life restarts (it's really my favorite place) 💫.

Apreciar el atardecer desde las alturas, realmente no tiene precio para mi🌇;

Appreciating the sunset from the heights, really is priceless for me🌇;

Disfruto mucho estas rutas.

I really enjoy these routes.

No sólo porque me ayudan a mantener una salud física sino porque también me ayuda a compartir con personas increíbles🤝;

Not only because they help me maintain physical health but also because it helps me share with amazing people🤝;

Me ayudan a conocer lugares nuevos o ver algo nuevo en lugares que son conocidos por mi🔍.

They help me get to know new places or see something new in places that are known to me🔍.

Me ayuda a concentrarme en el presente y conectarme conmigo misma y con el ambiente que me rodea;

It helps me focus on the present and connect with myself and the environment around me;

La verdad es que me ayuda a sentirme viva, todos deberíamos darnos al menos una oportunidad en la vida para tener una pasión y llevarla a cabo🙌🏼.

The truth is that it helps me feel alive, we should all give ourselves at least one chance in life to have a passion and carry it out🙌🏼.

Realmente siento que una de mis pasiones es el ciclismo🚲, es una de las cosas que disfruto de la vida;

I really feel that one of my passions is cycling🚲, it's one of the things I enjoy in life;

Y me alegra poder tener la disposición y la oportunidad de poder hacerlo.

And I'm glad to have the willingness and the opportunity to do that.

Como pudieron ver en las imágenes anteriores🔙, llegamos al Puente de Rancho Grande, nuestra última parada🚏🛑

As you could see in the previous images🔙, we arrived at the Rancho Grande Bridge, our last stop🚏🛑

Y cuando bajamos ya era de noche, más o menos las 7pm. Hora en la cual nos encontramos con esta escena⬆️🌃🎞️, en la que pudimos apreciar belleza de la ciudad nocturna desde las alturas.

And when we went down it was already night, about 7pm. Time in which we find this scene⬆️🌃🎞️, in which we could appreciate the beauty of the night city from the heights.
