Hi guys! We are Eli and Yen two friends, We are from Venezuela and we're excited for the first time to share our illustrations with you through the HIVE community. It's been a long time since we last shared our illustrations, so we wanted to do something special in our first post.
¡Hola chicos! Nosotras somos Eli y Yen dos mejores amigas venezolanas. Estamos muy emocionadas de por primera vez compartir nuestro arte con ustedes a través de la comunidad de HIVE. Ha pasado un largo tiempo desde la ultima vez que compartimos nuestras ilustraciones, por lo tanto queríamos hacer algo especial como nuestra primera publicación.
Since @cafeconleche was born in December 2017, as a small project of two best friends, we have grown like artists and we feel very happy to have started this blog that opened up a world of possibilities as illustrators. It has not been easy, we have stopped but We have never stopped trying. Drawing for us is a wonderful because it allows you to relax and show others what you have on your mind through paper and pencil.
Desde el nacimiento de @cafeconleche en Diciembre de 2017, como un pequeño proyecto de dos mejores amigas, hemos crecido como artistas y como personas, nos sentimos muy alegres de haber comenzamos este blog que nos abrió un mundo de posibilidades como ilustradoras. El camino no ha sido sencillo, nos hemos detenido pero nunca hemos dejado de intentarlo. Dibujar para nosotras es algo maravilloso porque te permite relajarte y a través de papel mostrar a otros lo que tienes en tu mente.

Por ello, mucho cariño desde este lado del mundo, les mostramos nuestro nuevo logo
Through this new presentation, we hope to bring better illustrations and work harder to continue improving. We have many things on our minds that we hope to share with you in the future, there are many styles and techniques that we want to learn to use to improve our illustrations and we hope to learn that while we share it with you.
A través de esta nueva imagen esperamos traer mejores ilustraciones y trabajar más fuerte para seguir mejorando. Tenemos muchas cosas en nuestra mente que esperamos poder compartir con ustedes más adelante, existen muchos estilos y técnicas que queremos aprender a utilizar para mejorar nuestras ilustraciones y esperamos ir haciéndolo mientras lo compartimos con ustedes.
For the creation of this logo we used Photoshop CC 2018 and a Huion INSPIROY H640P graphics tablet
Para la creación de este logo utilizamos Photoshop CC 2018 y una tableta gráfica Huion INSPIROY H640P y el proceso de elaboración fue de 3 horas aproximadamente.

First we draw the cup through following guide Source and then We made a sketch of characters and that would be a guide to make the illustration
Primero dibujamos la taza donde se encuentran nuestros personajes siguiendo la guía de la Fuente y luego realizamos un boceto a mano de los personajes que serviria de guia para realizar la ilustracion
Then we add color to the girls, shadow and lights.
Luego agregamos color, sombra y luces.
We feel happy with the result of our third logo, it's wonderful to look back and see how much we have improved and how much we still need to improve. Life is a daily learning and we hope to share it with you and of course we cannot miss this opportunity to show you our first two logos:
Estamos conformes con el resultado de nuestro tercer logo, es maravilloso mirar al pasado y ver lo mucho que hemos mejorado y a la vez pensar en lo mucho que nos falta mejorar. La vida es un aprendizaje diario y esperamos poder compartirlo con ustedes y por supuesto no podemos dejar de aprovechar esta oportunidad para mostrarles nuestros primero dos logos:
