One of our old friends who lived near us in the Philippines also returned to the UK and also went mobile. She, however, decided to go camper style and we went for 4mph on the canal network with Badger the narrowboat.
Our friend, Kate, came to see us and we compared our new living arrangements to weigh up the pros and cons of the different styles of nomadic living in the UK.
