Desde que me mude supe que tenía que experimentar el momento de amueblar mi departamento, cuando recién me lo entregaron solo contaba con una cocina integral, un sillón rojo y un closet en cada habitación. Basado en ello decidí buscar un lugar donde podría adquirir muebles básicos para mi departamento, pero no sabía exactamente a donde acudir, ya que aún no conozco mucho de la ciudad.

Based on this I decided to look for a place where I could buy basic furniture for my apartment, but I didn't know exactly where to go, since I still don't know much about the city.
Mientras revisaba la plataforma de TikTok me encontré con un video que mencionaba una nueva tienda de mueblería en la ciudad IKEA, me llamo la atención, ya que comentaba sobre la existencia de repisas sencillas que podría utilizar para colocar mis colecciones, investigue un poco y encontré su localización. Al llegar al lugar me di cuenta de que contaba con cuatro pisos demasiados extensos, por un momento pensé que sería solo una mueblería común pero está equivocada.
While reviewing the TikTok platform I came across a video that mentioned a new furniture store in the city IKEA, it caught my attention, as it commented on the existence of simple shelves that I could use to place my collections, I did some research and found its location. When I got to the place I realized that it had four floors too large, for a moment I thought it would be just a common furniture store but I was wrong.
Al entrar al lugar me percaté que los niveles del edificio eran muy diferentes, no sabía por donde empezar y me perdí por un momento. Una trabajadora del lugar empezó a orientarme, ya que no sabía cuál era su dinámica del lugar, menciono que el recorrido consistía en seguir las flechas que se encontraban en el piso y si llegamos a un lugar que nos llame la atención explorar, nos podíamos salir del camino, pero después debíamos regresar.
Upon entering the place I noticed that the levels of the building were very different, I did not know where to start and I got lost for a moment. A worker of the place began to guide me, since I did not know what was the dynamics of the place, she mentioned that the tour consisted of following the arrows that were on the floor and if we got to a place that called our attention to explore, we could leave the path, but then we had to return.
Conforme recorríamos nos dimos cuenta de que cada nivel correspondía a diferentes clasificaciones de mueblería y decoración. La primera sección consistía en decoración para una habitación de niño y las exhibiciones de secciones completas y decoradas como si estuviéramos dentro de varias casas, cada una con un estilo diferente que te ayudaría a inspirarte y saber lo que quieres comprar o como se vería tu habitación. As we walked through we realized that each level corresponded to different classifications of furniture and decor. The first section consisted of decorations for a child's room and the displays of complete and decorated sections as if we were inside several houses, each with a different style that would help you get inspired and know what you want to buy or how your room would look like. It was there where we collected different pieces of furniture that caught our attention: sofa, TV cabinet and bedroom walls.
Decidimos tomar fotografías a las opciones seleccionadas para poder comprarlas, continuando el recorrido encontramos la sección donde se encontraban las repisas, tomamos las necesarias y decidimos dirigirnos al área de las cajas de pago. Al llegar a la cima del edificio e investigando un poco sobre el procedimiento de pago, nos dimos cuenta de que los muebles lo tendríamos que buscar en una sección que está organizado de la A, a la Z, pero con la sorpresa de que los muebles los encontraríamos desarmables y tendríamos que armarlos en casa, fue algo que no esperábamos, ya que somos muy malos armando cosas, pero sería una experiencia completamente nueva y tendríamos la recompensa de al fin amueblar nuestro departamento.
We decided to take pictures of the selected options to be able to buy them, continuing the tour we found the section where the shelves were located, we took the necessary ones and decided to go to the checkout area. Arriving at the top of the building and investigating a little about the payment procedure, we realized that we would have to look for the furniture in a section that is organized from A to Z, but with the surprise that the furniture would be disassembled and we would have to assemble them at home, it was something we did not expect, since we are very bad at putting things together, but it would be a completely new experience and we would have the reward of finally furnishing our apartment.
Como el recorrido fue inmenso y cansado, teníamos mucha hambre y descubrimos que en aquel piso se encontraba un restaurante que pertenecía a la misma mueblería, así que decidimos comer en aquel lugar, pero nuevamente nos sorprendió, ya que era toda una aventura comer ahí. Debíamos formarnos y esperar nuestro turno, haciendo fila como si se tratara de un supermercado pequeño, desde ahí me percate que todo el servicio de alimentos era desconocido para mí, pero al mismo tiempo la curiosidad aumentaba.
As the tour was immense and tiring, we were very hungry and we discovered that on that floor there was a restaurant that belonged to the same furniture store, so we decided to eat in that place, but again we were surprised, since it was quite an adventure to eat there. We had to line up and wait our turn, standing in line as if it were a small supermarket, from there I realized that all the food service was unknown to me, but at the same time the curiosity increased.
Al llegar nuestro turno debíamos tomar un carrito tipo de supermercado y colocar unas pequeñas charolas que encajaban a la perfección con el singular transporte. Dicho transporte nos ayudaría a recolectar o tomar los alimentos de una barra como si fuera un bufete y eso me llamo demasiada la atención.
When it was our turn, we had to take a supermarket type cart and place some small trays that fit perfectly with the singular transport. This transport would help us to collect or take food from a bar as if it were a buffet and that caught my attention.
Durante el recorrido tomábamos cada platillo que nos gustaba o llamaba la atención y al finalizar pasar a pagar todo lo que tomamos para posteriormente escoger una mesa y consumir nuestros alimentos. Nunca me hubiera imaginado elegir mi comida y después transportarla literalmente a la mesa, tal vez no sea demasiado impactante para muchos, pero para mí fue una experiencia completamente nueva.
During the tour we took each dish that we liked or caught our attention and at the end we paid for everything we took and then we chose a table and consumed our food. I would never have imagined choosing my food and then literally transporting it to the table, it may not be too shocking for many, but for me it was a completely new experience.
Fue una buena experiencia completa en ese día, concluimos cuando nuestros muebles llegaron a nuestro departamento y comenzaría la travesía de armarlos. A pesar de no tener las herramientas necesarias quedaron muy bien y fuertes, adornan de forma excelente cada espacio y además fue una linda actividad que compartí con @shadowmyst y que conservaremos con cariño.
It was a good full experience that day, we concluded when our furniture arrived at our apartment and the journey of putting it together began. Despite not having the necessary tools they were very nice and strong, they decorated each space in an excellent way and it was also a nice activity that I shared with @shadowmyst and that we will keep with affection.
