Dcrops (https://www.dcrops.com/) is a blockchain-based farming game and the home of Dcrops is the Hive blockchain.
Dcrops is a relatively new game because you can play it since a few months and for this reason it is in an early stage of development (Alpha phase).
Some new features like Quests are not yet active but will be soon.
A few days ago the community of the game on Hive was born: created/hive-115712
I immediately liked the idea behind the game of Dcrops and therefore decided to play and invest in this game.
In the game of Dcrops the players play the role of agricultural entrepreneurs and the aim of the game is to produce the greatest number of agricultural products using NFTs which are of two types:
- Land cards
- Seed cards
In my previous post I have explained in detail my strategy to buy Dcrops cards and I have given some advices for new players.
With this post I continue to share my buying strategy related to the current season in the Dcrops game: the fall season.
In the Dcrops game, time is an important element and is marked by the seasons which are the same as in the real world (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter) but are only 15 days long.
The autumn season started 8 days ago and will end in 7 days and 22 hours.
Today I had my first harvest of the season: 4 Carrot and 4 Garlic.
From the sale of the products I harvested I got 105 Shares points.
For the game of Dcrops I have set a maximum budget of 100 HIVE and so far I have invested a total of 84.91 HIVE.
So I still have a margin of investment of just over 15 HIVE and since the harvest I made today has freed me 6 plots I decided to buy more seed cards from the market of Dcrops.
The seed cards that can be used in the fall season are 5 and have several features including the time needed to produce their fruits.
With only 7 days available before the end of the season I only have 3 options to purchase because the other cards have a production time of more than 7 days:
- Raspberry card:
- production time 3 days
- usable 2 times (no cooldown period)
- minimum production after two uses: 56 points Shares
- Market price: 17 SWAP.HIVE (only one card available at this price)
- Card Carrot:
- production time 7 days
- usable 1 time
- minimum production: 14 points Shares
- Market price: 1.087 SWAP.HIVE
- Paper Garlic:
- production time 7 days
- usable 1 time
- minimum production: 14 points Shares
- Market price: 1.99 SWAP.HIVE
By comparing the market prices and the production of Shares points of each card (Shares points/HIVE ratio) it is easy to decide which card to buy: the Carrot card.
Having chosen the cheapest seed card to buy I went to the Dcrops market and bought 6 Carrot cards and spent a total of 6,522 SWAP.HIVE tokens.
I immediately planted the seeds bought in the market and now I just have to be careful not to forget to harvest before the current season ends because the harvest will be ready a few hours before the end of the fall season otherwise I would lose the agricultural production of the 6 Carrot cards I planted today.
The 6.22 tokens SWAP.HIVE that I spent today increase the total cost of my investment in Dcrops which grows and is now 91.13 HIVE.
As I wrote in my previous post, with the closing of the fall season will also close the first phase of my personal investment in the game of Dcrops.
In the next season I will proceed to the phase of optimization of my collection of cards (9 HIVE of budget available) and I will begin to plan the achievement of the break-even point.
Only when I will have reached the break-even point I can continue to invest and play in total carefree mode ;)

La mia Strategia Autunnale su DCROPS - Parte 2
Dcrops (https://www.dcrops.com/) è un gioco di farming basato su blockchain e la casa di Dcrops è la blockchain di Hive.
Dcrops è un gioco relativamente nuovo perchè è possibile giocarci da pochi mesi e per questo motivo è in una fase di sviluppo iniziale (fase Alpha).
Alcune nuove funzionalità come le Quest non sono ancora attive ma lo saranno presto.
Da pochi giorni è nata anche la comunità del gioco su Hive: created/hive-115712
Mi è subito piaciuta l'idea alla base del gioco di Dcrops e quindi ho deciso di giocare e investire in questo gioco.
Nel gioco di Dcrops i giocatori rivestono il ruolo di imprenditori agricoli e lo scopo del gioco è quello di produrre il maggior numero di prodotti agricoli utilizzando degli NFT che sono di due tipologie:
- carte terreno (Land)
- carte seme (Seed)
Nel mio precedente post ho spiegato nel dettaglio la mia strategia di acquisto delle carte di Dcrops e ho dato alcuni consigli per i nuovi giocatori.
Con questo post continuo a condividere la mia strategia di acquisto relativa alla stagione attualmente in corso nel gioco di Dcrops: la stagione autunnale.
Nel gioco di Dcrops il tempo è un elemento importante ed è scandito dalle stagioni che sono le stesse del mondo reale (Primavera, Estate, Autunno e Inverno) ma hanno una durata di solo 15 giorni.
La stagione autunnale è iniziata 8 giorni fa e terminerà fra 7 giorni e 22 ore.
Oggi ho fatto il mio primo raccolto: 4 Carrot e 4 Garlic.
Dalla vendita dei prodotti che ho raccolto ho ottenuto 105 punti Shares.
Per il gioco di Dcrops ho fissato un budget massimo di 100 HIVE e fino ad oggi ho investito in totale 84.91 HIVE.
Ho quindi ancora un margine di investimento di poco più di 15 HIVE e poichè il raccolto che ho effettuato oggi mi ha liberato 6 plots ho deciso di comprare altre carte seme dal mercato di Dcrops.
Le carte seme utilizzabili nella stagione autunnale sono 5 e hanno diverse caratteristiche tra cui il tempo necessario per produrre i loro frutti.
Con soli 7 giorni disponibili prima della fine della stagione ho solo 3 opzioni di acquisto perchè le altre carte hanno un tempo di produzione superiore a 7 giorni:
- Carta Raspberry:
- tempo di produzione 3 giorni
- utilizzabile 2 volte (non ha un periodo di cooldown)
- produzione minima dopo due utilizzi: 56 punti Shares
- Prezzo di mercato: 17 SWAP.HIVE (una sola carta disponibile a questo prezzo)
- Carta Carrot:
- tempo di produzione 7 giorni
- utilizzabile 1 volta
- produzione minima: 14 punti Shares
- Prezzo di mercato: 1.087 SWAP.HIVE
- Carta Garlic:
- tempo di produzione 7 giorni
- utilizzabile 1 volta
- produzione minima: 14 punti Shares
- Prezzo di mercato: 1.99 SWAP.HIVE
Confrontando i prezzi di mercato e la produzione di punti Shares di ogni carta è facile decidere quale carta comprare: la carta Carrot.
Scelta le carta seme più conveniente da comprare sono andato sul mercato di Dcrops e ho comprato 6 carte Carrot e ho speso in totale 6.522 token SWAP.HIVE.
Ho subito piantato i semi comprati sul mercato e adesso devo solo stare attento a non dimenticarmi di effettuare il raccolto prima che la stagione in corso termini perchè il raccolto sarà pronto poche ore prima della fine della stagione autunnale altrimenti perderei la produzione agricola delle 6 carte Carrot che ho piantato oggi.
I 6.22 token SWAP.HIVE che ho speso oggi si vanno ad aggiungere al costo totale del mio investimento su Dcrops che cresce e adesso è di 91.13 HIVE.
Come ho già scritto nel mio precedente post, con la chiusura della stagione autunnale si chiuderà anche la prima fase del mio personale investimento nel gioco di Dcrops.
Nella prossima stagione procederò alla fase dell'ottimizzazione della mia collezione di carte (9 HIVE di budget a disposizione) e inizierò a programmare il raggiungimento del punto di pareggio.
Solo quando avrò raggiunto il punto di pareggio potrò continuare ad investire e a giocare in totale spensieratezza ;)
