Water - drop of life

Water is an irreplaceable source that is essential for life. The quality of our existence and the existence of life itself depend on it. Water scarcity is becoming an increasingly serious global problem. In order for people to live better, we will need to listen nature more. We need to be aware of the importance of water for our survival. Clean drinking water should not be taken for granted. Even small changes in everyday life can help conserve water resources.

In chronic diseases and in the detoxification phase, drinking a sufficient amount of water is essential. Otherwise, there is a risk that the waste products are not excreted from the body, but are re-absorbed into the body due to lack of water.

The body needs to be supported and helped to focus all its energy on recovery and healing. Therefore, it needs enough quality water, proper nutrition and proper lifestyle adjustment.

A person lasts without water for a maximum of ten days (dehydration doesn't leave the same consequences for all people, so each person tolerates dehydration differently), and without food for an average of two months - maybe. The body's healthy daily need for water is 2.5 liters, and the same amount is excreted daily. Coffee, tee, alcohol and other drinks can never replace pure natural water as they contain substances that even remove water from the body.

What is amazing is that water makes up 75 percent of our world, but only 1 percent of water is usable for drinking and consumption. The water used by mankind has been the same since the creation of the world and is one of the few ingredients that man has not tried to change. Yet! But what will happen if even now the countries that have a sufficient amount of water start to lack it? Our generations will in principle not experience this lack, but what about our descendants? Unfortunately, too little people are aware of what healthy nature, a healthy future, means. Air, water. Will we be successful in conserving these natural resources? We accept everything with open arms, regardless of the consequences, is written on our skin, so maybe it’s time to step out of our protective bubble and look to the future.

In a few years I would still like to pour myself tap water without worrying about getting poisoned or that this is just one glass a day I can drink because unfortunately it won’t be enough.

Some organizations encourage the general public to drink tap water instead of bottled water, thus contributing to the reduction of plastic waste and is of course a more affordable choice.

I really stick to that. I haven’t drink bottled water in a few years. I'm really lucky to live in an area where I don’t have to buy water at the store.

So, water is another natural medicine that costs almost nothing but makes your body healthy.

But one more time. Let’s not take water for granted. Someday nature will no longer be so generous.

And why I'm writing this post? I really want to show you our photos. We can create shapes that are really beautiful. Because I've always been fascinated by droplet photography, my husband and I bought a droplet photography aid years ago - Pluto, and had a photo competition which of us made a better picture. Unfortunately we didn’t determine who won because all the pictures were gorgeous. 😂

Guys, thanks for reading 🤗
