Kids Using Makeshift Fishing Gear | #Monomad Challenge

A pleasant Monday Black and White community, hope everyone is safe and sound. Today I'm going to share some photos I captured earlier at the Dalaguete's port, where I saw a couple of kids fishing using a makeshift fishing rod.

As you notice these kids were using empty plastic water bottles and a nylon fishing line. The plastic bottle serves as their reel while the nylon line was attached to it and so with the fish hook on the tip of the line.

As I move closer to the kids, I can sense that they were competing with each other it is likely they're competing who gets the first catch.

Indeed they were competing with each other, and this kid happily shows his first catch. Aside from these kids, there is an adult man fishing on the same spot with the kids as well but he was using complete fishing gear.

As you can see in the below photo he is preparing his fishing gear.
