The photo was taken in Katmandu, Nepal. Two young monks are climbing the stairs of Bodhnath. It's a large stupa and the religious center for the large community of Tibetans who came to Nepal after 1959. The were mainly refugees who left because of the Chinese invasion. The second photo is a copy of the first, but cropped and processed in photoshop. Just to see if I could do something to the original for a change.
