How long it takes to re-pave a street?
They come and mill the street around 10 weeks ago and then the equipment moves...somewhere. The whole summer is dusty everywhere since the temperature was over 35 degrees and there is no rain to settle the dust a little. Finally, this morning the first layer was there.
The answer is: Too long!
Some people use words, others use light to say what they feel.
