Monomad: Happy Fungi Friday

This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes.

Today I have mushrooms that I want to share to coincide with #fungifriday by @ewkaw. Even though they are colorless, I think their shapes can still be seen clearly.

This is the fungus Marasniellus candidus with its striking gills. It is also known as the fairy parachute.

They are like nails stuck in the wood. This is a young Galerina mushroom with a small-cap. The mycelium that occurs at the base of the stem hasn't disappeared.

This mushroom has a strange common name, the cloud ear, perhaps because of its cloud-like shape. Auricularia polytricha is the scientific name of this mushroom, a species of jelly mushroom belonging to the family Auriculariaceae.

Hydnellum scrobiculatum , also known as the ridged tooth. It looks like the genus Trametes, but I can confirm that it is H. scrobiculatum.
