Queria ir haciendo una progresión con el crecimiento de Dobby Capuccino, pero la historia de la semana pasada es muy graciosa y al mismo tiempo triste y desesperante, no se si alguno de ustedes ha sentido alguna vez esa sensación que le recorre toda la espalda como un corrientazo, por cualquier situación estresante que los saque de balance, justo eso pasó, algo impensable, Dobby salió de la casa y no me di cuenta, y llorar y sentirse horrible en medio de la oscuridad es algo angustiante. Aquí dejaré algunas fotos para que vean cómo ha ido creciendo y el relato de la historia de cómo se perdió unas horas.
La semana pasada decidimos ordenar comida a domicilio. Mientras bajaba a recogerla, Dobby Cappuccino, se quedó jugando dentro del apartamento. Al regresar, abrí la puerta sin darme cuenta de que él había salido.
Nos sentamos a comer, acomodando la mesa con la comida recién llegada. Me pareció extraño que Dobby no estuviera merodeando como de costumbre, pero dado que la comida era pescado y a él no le gusta, pensé que se había quedado dormido en los muebles.Al terminar de comer, fui a buscarlo y no lo encontré por ninguna parte. Revisamos todos los rincones del apartamento, pero Dobby parecía haber desaparecido. Con el paso de los minutos, comenzamos a pensar que había salido por la ventana y se había ido al patio trasero. Para aumentar nuestra preocupación, hubo un corte de energía eléctrica.
Desesperados, bajamos y buscamos a Dobby por todo el edificio, pero no había rastro de él. Pasaron tres largas horas sin señales de Dobby, hasta que decidimos volver a salir a ver si aparecía. Para nuestra sorpresa, lo encontramos tres pisos más abajo, perdido y sin saber qué hacer.
Desde aquel día, Dobby ya no se acerca a la puerta de entrada.
Aunque fue una noche larga y estresante, al final, todo salió bien. Dobby está seguro y nosotros aprendimos una gran lección. Y aunque esperamos no tener que pasar por algo así de nuevo, estamos preparados en caso de que ocurra. Después de todo, como dicen, siempre es mejor prevenir que lamentar.

Last week we decided to order groceries. While I went downstairs to pick it up, Dobby Cappuccino, was left playing inside the apartment. When I returned, I opened the door without realizing he had gone out.
We sat down to eat, arranging the table with the newly arrived food. I thought it was strange that Dobby wasn't hanging around as usual, but since the food was fish and he doesn't like it, I figured he had fallen asleep on the furniture.When we finished eating, I went to look for him and he was nowhere to be found. We checked every corner of the apartment, but Dobby seemed to have disappeared. As the minutes passed, we began to think he had climbed out the window and gone into the backyard. To add to our concern, there was a power outage.
In desperation, we went downstairs and searched the entire building for Dobby, but there was no sign of him. Three long hours passed with no sign of Dobby, until we decided to go back outside to see if he would show up. To our surprise, we found him three floors down, lost and not knowing what to do.
Since that day, Dobby no longer comes near the front door.
Although it was a long and stressful night, in the end, everything turned out well. Dobby is safe and we learned a great lesson. And while we hope we don't have to go through something like this again, we are prepared in case it happens. After all, as they say, it's always better to be safe than sorry.
