This afternoon I wanted to eat something spicy. I initially thought of making lemons salad. But I run out of lemons in my house. While I was looking for lemons, I came across some apples. So, I decided to make an apple salad. I have been eating apple salad since I was a middle school student. There are vendors behind the school I attended middle school. One of these vendors sells apple salad. She also sells orange salad and pear salad. I prefer apple salad. The salad is a combination of apple, dried chili and fish sauce.
Now when I say I love apple salad, my friends say you're crazy. This apple salad is really good to eat. If you use green apple to make this apple salad, it tastes better. The apple salad I bought when I was in middle school used green apples. Today I do not have a green apple, so I use a simple apple. You do not need a lot of ingredients to make this apple.
Ingredients-
• apple
• sugar
• fish sauce
• dried chili
Since I was going to eat the apple salad alone, I used only two apples. First, I washed the apples thoroughly with water.
Then I peeled the apples. If I eat apples simply, I also like to eat the peel. But I don't like apple peel when making the apple salad. So, I peeled the apples.
After peeling, I slice the apples with a knife. You can slice the apples the way you like. I put the sliced apples in a bowl.
Then I added 1/3 tablespoon of sugar and 1/3 tablespoon of dried chili. I added a little pepper because I did not want to eat too spicy. And then I added a tablespoon of fish sauce.
Then I mixed it all up.
Mix everything and you have a delicious apple salad. This apple salad is cheap because it does not require a lot of ingredients. And it's easy to do. I really like this apple salad. As I ate this apple salad, I remembered the apple salad I ate with my middle school friends. Apples are very good for health. If you like the apple salad recipe I mentioned, give it a try.
