Tonight, I prepared a simple dish for our dinner. I cook adobong pork liver. ๐ The ingredients I have now was bought yesterday because Sunday is my market day. ๐
Actually, adobong pork liver is one of my favorite dish. So, I gonna share with you how I am cooking my favorite simple dish.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg Pork Liver
- 3 pcs medium size Potatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 pc Onion
- 1 pc Tomato
- 1 small slice of Ginger
- 3 pcs Calamansi
- 1 string Spring Onions
- 5 tbsp Soy Sauce (or depends to your taste)
- 1 small sachet Magic Sarap
- 1 small sachet Oyster Sauce
- 1 glass Water
Procedures:
- Prepare all the ingredients. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes, garlic, onion, ginger, tomato and spring onions. Sliced the pork liver and squeeze the calamansi to get the juice.
- Saute garlic, onion, ginger and tomato. Add pork liver, calamansi juice and soy sauce.
- Mix them well. Add potatoes, magic sarap, oyster sauce and a glass of water. Simmer for five minutes or until cook.
- When cooked remove from fire and serve with rice while hot.
That's our simple dish tonight. ๐ My nephew likes it! He likes the potatoes and pork liver just like me. ๐ Oh by the way, the two boarders next house buy one serve each. I got a sales of Php 50.00 or $1.00 only. ๐ I only buy the pork liver for Php 63.00 or $1.24 only. Some amount get back to me. ๐
