RE: My visit to Putao, Myanmar

The military junta is still holding power and reluctant to yield. The newly form NUG (National Unity Government of Myanmar) just declared D-day against the military junta to fight it with newly formed PDF and with the help of armed ethnic groups. There are ongoing clashes between the military against armed ethnic groups and the PDF in Kaya, Chin and Kachin states. And there are intermittent blasts at some city like Yangon and some other towns targeting the military . And the military become more oppressive seizing apartments and houses looking for PDF members (even burnt some villages at Chin state). And the military junta lost its place at the current UN meeting; and the ambassador from NUG was recognized and is currently attending the UN meeting. This is the latest news I can convey I think.
