Our 40th anniversary and we made a commemorative T-shirt

It's a damn shame that it had to come at a time like this when half the people or more that have been instrumental in our disorganization want to be a part of this but can't because of Covid. If they are vaccinated they will likely be able to come back and join us soon depending on how the October reopening of Chiang Mai works out but our actual 40th anniversary was back in May and it was very quietly and covertly celebrated. We are hoping that once things open back up we'll be able to get some people back here and have a larger event because turning 40 is a pretty important milestone and a lot of our current members will likely be dead by the time 50 comes around.

We'll have to wait and see (about the country opening up, not our members dying.)

In the meantime we have designed our shirt and it needs a few tweaks such as making the lettering not look so "Times new roman" but overall I think it will work

We are going to have to make the elephants quite a lot smaller because there are so many names that we need to fit onto the back of it and in case anyone was wondering these are the names of all the General Mismanagers that we have had since 40 years ago.

For those of you that are not Hashers you can see that our Hash-names aren't exactly family-friendly and this is intentional.

We are hoping that someone can help out with a better font for the small image on the front because even though I don't like to be overly critical of work that I had nothing to do with, that font is just awful in my opinion.

No matter what ends up happening I am happy that we will finally be able to get these things into the hands of the members and we are probably losing money when we charge 400 Baht for them. We don't know! Being responsible is not really our thing...we run and drink beer.
