Farmer's Coast is showing the strength of the Wild Mages and other enemies
After reaching the Farmer's Coast region and strolling through the local small town, we find Octharg heading left at the crossroads, on the way to what is said to be a deadly location due to the quality of the Wild Mages and how powerful the staff they wield is.
The first stop is Glowstone Grotto cave to ensure it is out of the way and cleared since the strong Wild Mages aren't too far away from it. Inside the cave is a group of Bandits and Marauders, including a Wild Mage that found this spot to be a wonderful site to behold, but that would be put to a stop now that The Destroyer has entered, ready to take out any in his way!
After some time going between using spells and his focus power to reduce mana usage, then using a staff of wrath to help finish off the Wild Mage, the average toughness of this fight was halted and the enemies lay dead on the ground.
The Wild Mage had a solid staff of lightning with some nice damage points which would make for an excellent addition in Octharg's arsenal.
"That ends the Glowstone Grotto cave, besides the beautiful design there was just the one big room with those enemies and now, time to head along this water stream back out to the ocean" said Octharg as he hopped in the water.
Now that the first location was cleared it was off to find these Wild Mages that are apparently so strong. In the way were a Cave Troll and Shadow Deerstalker, so Octharg would move to the side before fighting them so he could clean out Firefang Statue and get some goodies like the Rune Gauntlets of the Marksman.
"It might be stealing but this is something they deserve, I can't let anyone benefit without me getting something."
Continuing along, getting closer to the Wild Mages, he started blasting the Cave Troll, weakening and then killing it off which took longer than expected, same with the Shadow Deerstalker as both grew to be tough foes to fight but not strong enough to get the kill on our villain.
"My my what do we have here? Looks like I finally got a new and different summoning from the elementals. Summon Oorbaya at level 30 is going to be one tough and helpful friend for the end, for when I go on my rampage" he excitedly said to himself.
It was quickly learned from the spell book, equipped to be used, then summoned along with the Unlucky Vagrant soul bound to his talisman and what an awesome looking pair of summons were they!
It was the moment of truth, the time to fight the tougher Wild Mages by starting with the ones by the water around the old, ruined lighthouse. It started off well with the Oorbaya and unlucky Vagrant getting in there to deal some great damage and absorb the incoming attacks...
Then as Octharg got closer to deal more damage and try kill off these Wild Mages which started off okay while taking damage at the same time, he was suddenly hit hard. They got some high damage spells to connect and get a kill.
"This time I will head towards the cabin up the hill a little instead and start with some ranged attacks and let the Oorbaya storm in on them" he thought as he made his way along and started shooting arrows.
It was going according to plan this time around. The Wild Mages were focused on the Oorbaya as Octharg The Destroyer managed to use his two staff of wrath's to ensure it was a quicker and more painful death for each Wild Mage, something to teach them a lesson for trying to mess with him and thinking they were all powerful.
After he had taken the life of the last Wild Mage he started looting bodies and found a pair of Staff of Fireball which explains how they were so powerful.
Now that it was in his hands, Octharg went to find enemies to test them on which started with skeletons and oh was it a beautiful sight to see them getting burned to a crisp or seeing the explosions appear after being fired from both staves.
"How amazing does this look! I can feel the power flowing through me from each Staff of Fireball and from having the Oorbaya and Unlucky Vagrant at the ready. Closing in now, I can hear the screams of the people of Enderal!" he said with a menacing tone before laughing like a mad man.
All that was left for this little run around of destruction was to blast through some Marauders with fireballs, watch them burn and scream in pain and realise it was enough to get Octharg to level 26 before taking a seat off the path where it is safe and admire the two Staff of Fireball that had just been obtained.
